November 27, 200718 yr Amazing how LeLe is doing so well. I never expected this much interest. She will sell 1 million albums before Xmas in the UK alone, I predicted 10 mill worldwide a couple of months back and people laughed at me. I think she really will do it, 2008 is going to be her year.
November 27, 200718 yr Wow there's been so few no.1's this year, just 16 so far and if GA doesn't dethrone Leona then i think there will only be 2 more number ones this year, making just 18 no 1's. There were 42 in 2000, 31 in 2001 and 2002, 22 in 2003, 30 in 2004, 28 in 2005 and 25 in 2006.
November 27, 200718 yr Its hard to say for kylie vs shayne. Shaye has a big fanbase who would buy his album on monday but then again, kylie does, look how she fell in the mids with 2 hearts. Have a better idea tomorrow but i think shayne will stay above kylie. I think he will too. But he really doesn't deserve to, he's a bland manufactured puppet with a face like a bag of spanners. Kylie's album is utterly amazing, even better than I expected and I'm quite sad to see a one man Westlife beating it. :(

Shayne really needs to rack up sales this side of Xmas with already 3 releases from the album I can't see it having much mileage in the New year. Kylie must have more tracks with wider appeal than 2 Hearts on her album.
November 27, 200718 yr I thought the chart would be quoiet this week. Knew GA wouldn't topple Leona but still #2 is an amazing result for them providing they don't slip it'd be their highest charting single [minus the Sugababes track this year] for like 3 years? Hope Kylie can snatch #2 - I've had both hers and Shayne's albums and Kylie's is MILES better.

November 27, 200718 yr So pleased for Call The Shots :D Not a huge Girls Aloud fan but I love this single and it would make a very deserving #1. It will be interesting to see if they can close the gap between them and Leona during the week. Nice to see Alicia Keys still top 10 in the singles too :D
November 28, 200718 yr i don't think it's impossible for girls aloud to overtake leona, but they'll need to keep up their momentum. the download is currently above leona (uncombined - including her album track it might be different) and the physicals (multiple formats vs. leona's one) did just come out, so we'll have to see. finally something interesting at the top, though!
November 28, 200718 yr I'm quite shocked to see how well 'Call The Shots' is doing. I still don't rate it highly at all and consider it to be among their worst singles.

November 28, 200718 yr GA have really fallen back into public favour...Chemistry was a bit of a downpoint with the album not a top 10 hit and the singles all going low top 10 (apart from Biology)... Now they have had 5 straight top 5 hits in a row (Something Kinda Ooooh, I Think We're Alone Now, Walk This Way, Sexy! No, No, No...and now Call The Shots)
