October 4, 200816 yr n36LyFiU-TQ Little Britain USA - Dinner - Episode 1 EzUniIMIuGU Little Britain - Vicky gets a visit from the social worker Just watched these two. I completely agree with you, the 2nd video was genius. It must have been awful watching it for 30 minutes. Edited October 4, 200816 yr by Harve
October 4, 200816 yr Anne on Stars In Their Eyes is the best sketch they've done ! "So Anne do you have any funny stories that have happened to you in the past?" "No" Last nights wasn't so good really :(
October 4, 200816 yr I LOL'd so hard at that dog sketch. Half of the show was pretty lame, but then the other half was pretty good. What we've got to remember is that this is aimed at the American audiences, they can't just go straight in there like they could over here with series 2 & 3. They need time for their characters to develop and introduce themselves to the American audience. The Rosie O'Donnell sketch is a clear example to where they are heading with this in America.
October 4, 200816 yr I think the show will pick up from episode 2, because we haven't seen all of the characters yet like Emily or Davyd (Is That How You Spell His Name?)
October 5, 200816 yr I actually Loved the Fat Fighters sketch. I always love them ones though  My favourite Little Britain sketches I think!
October 7, 200816 yr Loved it - although it seemed to be over so quick - they should of shown 2 episodes in one go
October 7, 200816 yr Am I the only one here who has actually never found Walliams & Lucas funny? They just seem so outdated and old-fashioned. And it isn't the fact that they took the pee out of Gary Barlow - because Star Stories did it a hell of a lot funnier. I just find ugly men dressing up as women and putting on 'funny' voices very unamusing - I'm not that sure I found Monty Python doing it entertaining the first time round - but at least they had the excuse of 'it was nearly 40 years ago'. Has comedy been dummed down along with everything else in the world? I suppose it must be. I was forced to watch 'Disaster Movie' a few weeks back and loads of teenagers in the cinema were laughing their heads off while I knew from the first 45 seconds that it was going to be sh/te. And it was! Thank god for Father Ted and League of Gentlemen re-runs! Norma
October 7, 200816 yr Yeah. I must say, I don't find them // this very funny AT ALL. It has its moments and the odd 'lol'. Tis weird how they've made it abstruse for American audiences through the strong smut element they've added. They've done so out of attempts to shock-lol but to me it just comes off as deadpan toilet humour tbf.
October 7, 200816 yr I can't even be arsed to watch this anymore. Series 1 was excellent, series 2 was OK, and series 3 was just plain shyte. They'll NEVER be able to top that thearte sketch where they're paramedics. That was so funny.
October 24, 200816 yr Oh dear I didn't even watch episode three and I'm meant to be "Little Britain Fan". -_- I guess it shows how downhill it's gone, this show used to be must see for me but so far I've only watched the first two on iPlayer and gave up on it last week. Then again, now Ugly Betty is over I have nothing to stop me watching it tonight.
October 24, 200816 yr I was actually really impressed with this tonight! :o This was the first episode I've watched, because I've been watching Ugly Betty over the last few weeks. I thought it would be awful, but it was much better than I expected! Vicky Pollard was great as always...and does the mum of the little girl (don't know her name) remind anyone else of Bree from Desperate Housewives?!

October 26, 200816 yr Hilary Burton is in episode 4 She plays a lesbian at a college that Daffyd is going to
October 26, 200816 yr I never thought that the show could get worse than "Little Britain Abroad" in 2006 (I can barely remember anything save Dawn French playing Vikki's mum and Lou writing "kurfuffle" in stones). Looks like I was wrong.
November 3, 200816 yr This week's one was actually rather good. I liked Lou and Andy at the lion's cage and Sebastian passing messages to the American president only for the gay Saudi shiek to get it instead.
November 5, 200816 yr I loved it ! :) I wasn't following it religiously but caught some other episodes in between stuff. Now I'll have to get it all and see what I missed.
November 9, 200816 yr Author I think the best thing about LBUSA has been Tom Baker's hilarious voice-overs - each one aimed at insulting the US audiences... it's little wonder the show was panned there. Outrageous - but outrageously funny.
November 9, 200816 yr Even though this doesn't show it well (except the voiceovers, which wuld just p*** the rest of the world off  ), i think the UK has the best sense of humour in the world ;) . Its strange though because on shows like Never Mind The Buzzcocks, foreign guests seem to get offended or just don't get it at all :(
