Basicallly what it says on the tin... any stand out tracks you like from the album, mine will have to be

Maximo Park - Our Earthly Pleasures

The album should have done better, its a great follow-up to Apply Some Pressure, there isn't any bad tracks on it, my fave track from the album has to be Our Velocity, other notable favourites from the album Girls Who Play Guitars, Your Urge, Sunblasted and Set Free. Overall a great album 10/10

Probably Sugababes Change  Bit obvious really I suppose, if not Sugababes it will be Beverley Knight's Music City Soul or Sophie's Trip The Light Fantastic.
Maroon 5-It won't be soon before long

In have 2 ;;

Maximo Park - Our Earthly Pleasures

Great album. I would listen ti it just to listen to "Books For Boxes" over and over again. Also, the rocky "Girls Who Play Guitars" and the chill out songs like "Your Urge". Over great songs on the album include; "Karoke Plays" and "Russian Literature".

The Cribs - Mens Needs, Womans Needs, Whatever

Probobly the best out of all my albums, includes the massive singles "Mens Needs" and "Moving Pictures". Also the extremley touching "My Life Flashed Before Me Eyes" and "Shoot The Poets". And my personal favourite song of 2007 - "Be Safe".

I've also realy played ;;

Arcade Fire - Neon Bible

Klaxons - Myths Of The Near Future

Groove Armarda - Soundboy Rock

Manic Street Preachers - Send Away The Tigers

Well according to my fm, it's 'The Dutchess'  :

The album mainly consists of RnB and a bit of Pop/Rock/Soul/ here and there. It's a huge step from BEP material, but she does well, with album highlights being: Here I Come, Finally, Pedastal and Big Girls Dont Cry, and lowlights being Velvet.

And for anyone who cares, she's just released 'Clumsy', so go and download/buy it. :P

Amy MacDonald - This Is The Life (standout tracks are TITL, Mr Rock n Roll and Barrowland Ballroom) followed by Traveling Wilburies' The Collection

My most played is

Amy Winehouse - Back To Black

Probably my fave album of the year (even though it was released last year, I bought it this January). My fave tracks are Back To Black, Love Is A Losing Game, Rehab, You Know I'm No Good and Tears Dry On Their Own.

I got all technical with this. My most played, in order, sorted by average plays per song, are:

01: Sugababes: Change [59.3 Plays per song]

02: Kelly Clarkson: My December [38.9]

03: Rihanna: Good Girl Gone Bad [37.3]

04: Kelly Rowland: Ms Kelly [35.4]

05: Katherine McPhee [34.5]

06: Introducing Joss Stone [34.3]

07: Mutya Buena: Real Girl [29.2]

08: Melanie C: This Time [28.5]

09: Beverley Knight: Music City Soul [26.6]

10: Sophie-Ellis Bextor: Trip The Light Fantastic [25.6]

:D

It'd be a close one between Wino - Back To Black or M.I.A. - KALA. Or if we're going compilation styleee it'd be Eurovision 2007 :heehee:
Probably Nelly Furtado's for most of the beginning of the year but now i'm proper into Rihanna's.
My fave tracks are Back To Black, Love Is A Losing Game, Rehab, You Know I'm No Good and Tears Dry On Their Own.

The singles basically? :heehee:

Mine would be:

Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero

followed by

Dave Gahan - Hourglass

The Garden by Zero 7

Love the song "Today" amongst others.

8. Lily Allen - Alright, Still

9. Amerie - Because I Love It

10. Rihanna - Good Girl Gone Bad

According to my last.fm it is surprise surprise

Rihanna - Good Girl Gone Bad

Her best album BY FAR :o I reccomend it to people who wouldn't like this kinda stuff as well, it really is amazing and only one weak track ('Say It') is on the album. It's overall a very consistent album that may need a couple of listens at first, but when you do get into it it is amazing.

Best Tracks [other than the singles] :: Don't Stop The Music, Breakin Dishes, Rehab, Good Girl Gone Bad, Sell Me Candy.

According to Last.fm

01. Patrick Wolf - The Magic Position

02. Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank

03. Tegan and Sara - The Con

04. Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside of Me

05. CSS - Cansei De Ser Sexy

This definitely hasn't been updated in a while though. X and Blackout aren't even the chart.

My most played album of 2008, that was not a new studio album released this year (I'll be doing an album chart countdown nearer the end of the year for 2007 albums....) was Amy Winehouse - Back To Black
