April 4, 200817 yr 13 ANTIQUES ROADSHOW 5.83 14 I`D DO ANYTHING 5.75 Yesterday I made a comment about how I found it funny that I'd Do Anything had less than 1/4 million more than Antiques Roadshow. I now find it funny that AR has overtaken it.
April 4, 200817 yr Quiet night last night on the ratings front, with BBC1 getting 3.9m and ITV1 getting 3.5m at 9.00pm. EastEnders didn't reach 9m and Emmerdale could only muster just over 6m which is pretty poor. The Bill beat Holby Blue 5.2m - 3.8m and BBC's news beat News at Ten 5.2m - 2.2m.
April 4, 200817 yr Author Yesterday I made a comment about how I found it funny that I'd Do Anything had less than 1/4 million more than Antiques Roadshow. I now find it funny that AR has overtaken it. Tell you what Ditzy, I wonder if the same people that watch one, watch the other!!! I found it rather interesting that soaps, and news programmes, all get the biggest ratings, on a Monday. I`m thinking that most people, must stay in, on Mondays.
April 4, 200817 yr I found it rather interesting that soaps, and news programmes, all get the biggest ratings, on a Monday. I`m thinking that most people, must stay in, on Mondays. That main problem with that, I think some people just leave the TV on but don't watch the programme, as it seems odd the same viewer does not watch Eastenders for the rest of the week.

April 5, 200817 yr Author Friday Night Project has low ratings! :o I have noticed Adi, that the further through the week you go, the ratings fall. Come Friday Coronation St, and Eastenders have 2million less than Monday`s episodes. A lot of people go out, on Fri/Sat so Friday Night Project on a Friday gets Channel 4s lowest ratings of the week.
April 5, 200817 yr shall be interesting to see what the 6.20PM scheduling did to Doctor Who if anything

April 6, 200817 yr Glad Doctor Who still did very well, even if it was one of the worst episodes in a long while!
April 6, 200817 yr Author anyone know what kind of ratings shameless gets Tuesday nights bring Shameless 2.3million.
April 6, 200817 yr There are so many different ways of watching TV these days though - Sky+, +1 channels, repeats on other Sky and Cable channels, the BBC I player... Its no wonder some shows have lower ratings then they really get!
April 6, 200817 yr I'm very guilty of watching BBC and Channel 4 shows on demand :kink: I watch Eastenders, Shameless, The Apprentice when I like :kink: ITV doesn't have on demand yet on Virgin, but thankfully there's nothing to watch on ITV :heehee:
