August 4, 200817 yr over the moon for Saturdays. shame Kylie wasnt released physically, it surely would have been top 20 if It had have been
August 4, 200817 yr oh no just noticed the feeling with turn it up isn't top 100  only 2 weeks inside the top 100 :( Edited August 4, 200817 yr by Kid Bounce 08
August 4, 200817 yr who's Nikki Bliss? and I can't believe Leona's - Better In Time is still top 75 :D
August 4, 200817 yr And somehow according to the OCC Katy Perry charted at #137 last week  http://www.theofficialcharts.com/top40_singles.php #76-100 is there also. It's been available on 7Digital for weeks! This week has just proved iTunes complete monopolisation of the download market...
August 4, 200817 yr It's been available on 7Digital for weeks! This week has just proved iTunes complete monopolisation of the download market... indeed, although I use 7digital a lot, many of the new release singles are 50p on the first week, and you can download them in MP3 or AAC formats usually :D
August 4, 200817 yr Can you download them on mp3?! I've only ever used it once to get two Eurovision songs but they were only available in WMA so I've never bothered since.
August 4, 200817 yr each track has different available formats I downloaded a Carrie Underwood track from 7Digital the other day but it was only available in WMA most tracks are in a variety of options though, although I don't know if there's a way of telling which options until you've actually paid for the track  I downloaded the new Bob Sinclar single from there last week and had the option of MP3 or AAC
August 4, 200817 yr Great two songs in the top three that don't make any sense -_- Kid c**k - Where do I start? Why would you be singing Sweet Home Alabama all summer long in MICHIGAN in the summer of 1989 when that song was out in the 70's? Not exactly current was it? I don' think there were many teenage Lynyrd Skynyrd fans then either! And 'we didn't have no internet, oh those days I won't forget' isn't the greatest lyric either! The Script - Saying "Maybe I could be famous as the man who can't be moved!" and have that video with people interviewing him and being on TV and everything, erm... people can't be moved on the street all the time, they're called tramps. :) Dizzee saves it however! But Dizzy can't pronounce the word Dance . Its not darrrnce with me.
August 4, 200817 yr But Dizzy can't pronounce the word Dance . Its not darrrnce with me. It depends where you're from. I say it like "darnce", but I'm aware that others would say it like "dan-sss".
August 5, 200817 yr The Radio 2 playlist might as well not exist as far as it helping songs to chart is concerned. Their listeners obviously don't download or buy what they hear, they've playlisted many songs that have performed badly or not at all. They have Ava Leigh and Beth Rowley on their A-List, two really nice songs, but they haven't even shown up on the iTunes chart, let alone the official chart. This may be oversimplifying a bit, but : Radio 1 airplay sells singles Radio 2 airplay sells albums
August 5, 200817 yr Kid Rock is the best number 1 in ages .Love it love it love it. Thank you - you've proven I'm not the only one here who likes it!
August 5, 200817 yr It depends where you're from. I say it like "darnce", but I'm aware that others would say it like "dan-sss". I say it like that too :heehee:
August 5, 200817 yr It depends where you're from. I say it like "darnce", but I'm aware that others would say it like "dan-sss". Bet you live in some boring dormitory town <_< :P And i'm not sure if Radio 2 pay attention to their playlist, they mainly play old songs.
August 5, 200817 yr And me :D There's me too! (actually its #16 on the Multichart, which is really good)
August 5, 200817 yr I like it as well - and I'd rather that be No1 than "I Kissed A Girl". :puke2: (Thought - I've had sex with a girl. If I do a song about it, can I make the Top 5?)
August 6, 200817 yr *sniggers in Martin's direction at Madonna's relative flop performance of her new single* :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D:D.
August 6, 200817 yr Kic Co*k won't be "Singing Sweet Home Alabama" in 2 years time, he'll go the same way Lou Bega did after hitting number one. HOPEFULLY!.
