August 17, 200818 yr Oh no! #16 is NOT good for the lead single off the new album The lead singles from their first two albums got to #5 and #4 I am not a happy bunny :( Isn't the album getting another single before it? As that's the one the album's being released off, that should easily get top 10 at least. :D The song deserved better though, it's very different to their past material and shows how experimental and diverse they are. They move up on my favourite bands list all the time.
August 17, 200818 yr Author Damn! Bloc Party deserves more! Mercury is a decent song, but not as good as Flux. But still, it deserves top 10 :(

August 17, 200818 yr I just realised 'Mercury' was blocked of a top 15 position by that disgusting Ironik song. :( That's the worst bit about it only being #16 :( I'm pleased BP have gone up in your favourite bands  And hopefully the 2nd single will reach top 10. I think it's quite good that they've decided to release two singles before the album, too many acts release 1 single, the album and then all of the other singles ffrom the album flop <_<
