Exactly, I think this is mostly an American targeted song and anywhere else it sells well is a bonus for the cause. (assuming the profits are going to a cancer charity) It's not really getting any airplay here on radio or TV (is there a video?) as far as I know, the promo is US based since they are meant to be performing it live over there.

There's no video and yes it is US-centric. I'm sure it'll be played at least somewhat on UK radio in time however.
