I honestly think this will get to #1

I think they're at their biggest right now (when they properly return) and it's a great song which will appeal to a wide audience.

I really hope it gets to #1! -_-

with the buzz surrounding this single, I reckon number one... if not first week, then a week or two after.

It's such a return to form after the stodgy, dull, disappointing second album.....

I love The Killers, well mainly Brandon, I think top3, oops I voted 5-10.

After a few more listens, this sounds like the stuff from their first album they seem to be back on form sounds a bit dance-ish, its got #1 written all over it, just depends what else is out in the same week.

One for my personal chart.

I bet the video is removed by the morning.

This would have debuted in my Personal Chart yesterday well inside the Top 10, but their record company keeps removing the video downloads of the audio on youtube, so it was banned under my ruling I brought in for Prince.

Depends what is out when this is released, but this will sell at least as well as The Kings Of Leon single, so a definite potential #1.

This is going to end up as my fave single of the year, I really really love it now.

10th Nov

The Automatic – Magazines

Enya - Trains and Winter Rains

Grace Jones – William’s Blood

Killers – Human

The Kills – Tape Song

Liam Finn - Better To Be

Miley Cyrus – 7 Things

Oasis - I'm Outta Time

Same Difference – We Are One

The Script – Break Even

Taio Cruz - I Just Wanna Know

Tom Jones - If He Should Ever Leave You

Twisted Wheel - Lucy The Castle

So far out that week

Nothing too major, should do it easily. Leona is out the week before though, i guess she is a big threat?

Well this is being released as a download on Monday, so I think it could be #1 before its physical release.

No.1 I hope! They deserve it with such a great song!

It'd be a tragedy if this is not #1 :(

It'd make an even better #1 than Sex On Fire!

:w00t: I've been waiting and waiting for this! :w00t: i am NOT disappointed  I can't wait for their album! This is definately Number 1... It HAS to be :D

Loved this record the moment i heard it, this is the Killers at their best and I hope the album is just as brilliant!!!

As for its position, they will be helped by their live gig on November 3rd so top 3 easily, in fact its a fact, but I'm saying number 1, even though it looks like quite a big quarter for new releases

This song is really good and I hope it's number 1...i think it could well be their first number.

However I'm a massive Killers fan and this is no where near they're best song. I think i'd prefer it if wasn't sounding so remixed already....like this song sounds like a remix (cos its produced by stuart price no doubt) but I would have preferred a rockier version. In my opinion 'Sam's Town' was the stronger of the 2 albums and a real grower. So I don't agree with everyone writing that album off cos it was brilliant and as a whole better than Hot Fuss.

I get the impression that its pure pop that people love on the forum?

Either way its a good song and does grow on you and should be NUMBER 1 and finally give the best band ever what they deserve and do what 'when you were young' and 'mr brightside' and 'smile like you mean it' etc etc should have done....
