Bought P!nk today! and Anastacia which I didn't know had been released to download. Want the Killers but I'll buy them next week. P!nk for no.1!

I'm not actually sure whether Pink could get no.1 regarding the fact she has charted at 38 which is probably the lowest download single before physical for an artist who's no.1 on itunes over the same weekend. But here's hoping she'll beat massive climbers from the low end of the top 40 like The Script - TMWCBM & Sugababes - AYN and get a record to climb from 38 to No.1 as its a great grower of a record.

 

The killers and Kings Of Leon could be in the running though too i think.

 

Oasis will just miss out of the top 5 i reckon and Boyzone will definently break their top 3 success and go low top 10 :o

 

Anyway thats my predictions :D

I would have thought it's between Pink & Oasis, though neither is their best single.

I think Pink will be number 1 and then Sugas number 2/3

I must be the only one that thinks Boyzone are in with a chance, certainly more than Sugababes as they have a cd release. And their already knocking on the top 10 on Itunes door. Whereas Oasis are taking their time up the itunes chart, but their physicals could be high. Though i would imagine their fans would be more downloaders, but could be wrong.

 

Pink has got a shot, but with such a difficult week and the fact the she lost 4000 sales due to being released last Friday, means it might be tight

And Pink yelling, "So what, I'm still a rockstar" isn't at all generic? :blink: Putting those two tracks into that context, I'd say that the Oasis' track is the least generic.

 

Of all those listed, I'd prefer The Killers to be at the top of the chart. Unfortunately, it appears most likely it will be Pink.

i think Pink has a strong chance kings of leon looks doubtful to hold on but sugababes could be a threat also

No - I said it on the last page. They're doing healthily on downloads and are pretty firm on physicals according to another thread. Hope it doesn't like but I think it has a really good chance of number 1.
