I WILL QUALIFY AGAIN

Lara Fabian's fabulous dance ballad "I Will Love Again" will represent Bøtanikkä in BJSC 148 hosted in Hendinia. It was released as the second single of her self-titled album in 2000 and was her first English single.

As much as charming the original version it is, we decided to go with more oomph'ed version curtesy of Thunderpuss Radio Mix, which they are known for lots of club mix anthems such as Whitney's 'It's Not Right, But It's Okay' and our very own entry of Tamia - Stranger In My House (Thunderpuss Club Mix) sent in BJSC 117 which finished Top 10.

Hope you enjoy it!

I don't know what possessed you to switch from 'Hummer' tbf :kink: (although 'I Will Love Again' didn't deserve to come last, I ranked it 25th - at least you beat the eventual winner in the semi )

I just have no explanation in all honesty and I love 'Hummer' but maybe in the end I just didn't find myself completely in it...no regrets though.

Also it's so hard to focus on one thing when my playlist of potentials is infinite lol.

I hope WoW hurries up and brings 149!!! I'm ready!!!

To close this year, I'm thinking to go either French, Italian or Euro Dance...can't decide yet!!!

Super happy that 070 has gone 2 for 2 with top 10 hits in BJSC :cheeseblock: a great choice from her ~

And now she's about to blow up in UK finally as well :cheeseblock: (albeit not her song but great nonetheless). Thank you Bre.

To close this somewhat floppy year for us, we decided to go with something fun, breezy and innocent pop dance routine.

Minelli represented Rep D'Askorza last year with a bop 'Rampampam' and iirc finished quite high, so here's her brand new single 'Could Be Something' representing Bøtanikkä for BJSC 150!

Emmy and Golden Globe award winner for BJSC 151!

Cristobal Tapia de Veer, who wrote the music for the first season, returned at White’s insistence, drafting music inspired by the sounds of a classical Italian opera with a voice (recorded and then pitched digitally) singing over a harp. Then, a new version of the melody from the first season enters, also with a digitally altered voice, which Tapia de Veer says signals the arrival of the new guests at the resort. Finally, things accelerate into what feels like a dance track — a beat drop in the mode of artists like Daft Punk.

Enjoy it everyone.

Very happy (and surprised) to see the theme song to The White Lotus here :o I was actually kinda considering sending the extended version to the next contest  no hard feelings tho - and good luck!

Yay a fan <3.

It was instant for me as soon as the first episode started. I know listening to the song without knowing any context of the show is a bit risky but it was a risk I was willing to take lol. I opted for short version just because I felt extended kinda drags a bit and in all honesty I think it peaked right where the build up ends in short version.

Thank you.

After disastrous result and DNQ last month to amazing theme of The White Lotus, we're back with italian pop star Elodie with 'Ok. Respira'. The production it's kind of a modern and classic all at once and her vocals are just amazing.

Ok. Breathe and enjoy!!!

I want this to do better than Annalisa last edition but no pressure given (ignore my pop hype curse :magic: ) Predicted the song to be the Italian entry from the hint last edition but this bangs x Elodie slays!
This is a great song, Elodie makes lots of great songs. Also I appreciate seeing Italian songs in the Contest!

Oops sorry for getting your hopes up with this only for it to come bottom 5 :( I gave it 1 point but it got more on the semi. Was a solid pop tune that perhaps would have smashed a bit better had there not been lots of other pop to battle with.
