I love this band tootoo much. :wub: Best song they've recorded thus far, and i'm glad it's getting re-released. But why, oh why don't they release the version with the female backing vocals for the chrous! It's so much more epic.

I like this, but I don't think I would like their album, I've heard some of their tracks on Jools Holland, and they are not that impressive from what I heard.

Jump in the Pool is better and it's a shame they've had to follow so many other indie bands and re-release an early single. It just cheapens the experience of fans who were there the first time!

 

That said, Paris is a great single and Friendly Fires are genuinely one of the best bands around at the moment. If only the NME gave them the same exposure they give Late of the Pier as FF are ten times better.

The Airplane or is it Aeroplane mix of Paris is fantastic.
