Believe it or not I was shopping in Asda before and the reason I forgot some of my groceries was I was thinking what Diana should sing on X-Factor! :lol: Seriously ... I think she'd do a brilliant job of Pray.

I honestly think she'd do a brilliant job of it. I'm trying to think of songs that Take That did that are for a soloist and there aren't many ... but she could get away with her take on this song. She could make it her own as it were!

The problem with Take That songs for solo performers is that they rely on a sort of 'question' and 'response' which is for duets or groups - they aren't songs for solo performers. This is JLS's time to shine ... they should, by rights, be the best act this coming Saturday.

I really liked the duet of it they did with Leona Lewis a few years ago, it's one of my favourite performances from that year. I can see Ruth getting it.

At last! The proof I was waiting for! :lol: Yes ... I know its from the Sun but it is actually true. Take That are NOT appearing live on X-Factor - as I quite correctly told you earlier! They've recorded their session for the show together with the 'mentoring' or 'chatting' bit. They're recording their own show this Friday and Saturday (for which I'm trying every avenue possible to get tickets for!!!!)

I agree with of of the above,which is why it would be a perfect choice for Orville (Eoghan).

Ruth should sing Shine - give her an opportunity to do those big notes again.
