Beyonce & Alex - Listen, then it's Eoghan doing High School Musical. It just fails in comparison. (He really has blown his chances of winning. :lol: )

thought Beyonce was amazing, but Alex was terrible... for me that was her opportunity but she was crying and saying 'i cant believe who this is' all the time - mid song! Although vocals were good it was very cringe worthy given all the crying and 'your my hero' connotations..

Alexandra & Beyonce - Listen - OK let's be honest comparing the two divas would be like comparing the Brazilian National Football team with Everton. But apart from stating the obvious. That really, really, really worked and highlighted the fact there is a galaxy of difference between the talent of Beyonce to Feck$h1te & Borezone; as their is a universe sized difference between Alexandra & the other two acts. 10/10

Oh but come on. Alex has just started out and well Beyoncé is...Beyoncé. A more fair comparison would be to to a 19 year old Beyoncé who I'd say Alex is pretty similar to. Whether the X-Factor hinders Alex in the long term or not remains to be seen. There's no reason why she couldn't be where Beyoncé is in 5 years time. Whether she gets the necessary artistic control to achieve that though remains to be seen.

01 (iii): Eoghan Quigg - We're All In This Together FLAT AS ANYTHING! WHY ON EARTH DIDN'T HE COOSE YEAR 3000?? Clearly his best performance by a Gazillion miles :wacko: 1/10

 

Oh and we could actually hear him over the backing this time, where I actually preferred if we heard the backing track!

This is Kelly Clarkson winning American Idol all over again.. Looking through Youtube videos of her winning American Idol people saying oh she is so unprofessional like that and then when Leona covered it and people comparing the two performances. Its natural to react like that.. When your feeling on the top of the world and you have your Idol standing in front of you in one of the most important times of your life of course your gonna break down.. But you could see her trying to get herself together. But like i said when its one of the most important times of your life you cant afford to break down...

Louis has totally killed off his own act. They should be doing Justin Timberlake, Timbaland productions, BEP, etc. Not this type of sh!t.

thats what puts me off alexandra is her contstant crying its so boring after so many weeks

Actually this was JLS best effort, I'm glad they are singing it again, but it sounds a bit ropey this time round.6/10

02 (iii): JLS - Already There They got the best performance right, but I preferred it last week! Completely Westlife like this week! VERY Average! 5/10

Really enjoyed the Beyonce and Alex performance, but then she spoilt it at the end with her crying. No need really... if that was Daniel he'd have been slaughtered for crying! :lol: I did think Beyonce totally out shone her though. But they might as well just call off the whole show tbh, is a dead cert that they all want Alex to win...

A bit delayed now, but I loved that duet with Beyoncé. After that video TiP posted of the duet she did yesterday on the French version I wasn't expecting much but it was great. :wub: It's a shame Alex was so starstruck.

The music world has gone mad if Alex dosent win...

The duet was awesome, tho the crying ruined it at the end

03 (iii): Alexandra Burke - You are So Beautiful WOAH WOAH WOAH! Last X Factor performance? :blink: Is that what Cheryl said?? I don't think she made the right choice with this one! It's completely forgettable and Boring! But 'Listen' and 'Silent Night' should be enough for her to win! 6/10

I agree, I can't stand that song as it's just a load of mushy stuff but she did it well.

westlife i think have a larger fanbase than boyzone which could help jls alot,its hard to call though maybe eoghan will finish 3rd

I don't have a problem with Alexandra crying at the end of her performance, she was there with her idol and she is only human...

Eoghan - We're All In This Together - Either Simon Cowell is continuing to sabotage his own act to ensure someone with talent wins this year, or he knows a lot of teenagers who are fans of HSM are multiple voting as I type this. Awful. 3/10

 

JLS - I'm Already There - The performance was no way as good as when they performed it before in the series. That was quite simply not good enough for a Final of a National Talent show. 6/10

 

Alexandra Burke - You Are So Beautiful - Wow. She has nailed that. Much better than when she performed the Joe Cocker song a lot earlier in the series due to now near perfect vocal control & not over singing/shouting as she did too frequently earlier in the series. If this was a boxing match the fight would be stopped. SHE JUST HAS TO WIN. (But I said that exact same thing about Rhydian last year). 9/10
