The Kingdom of Shadow's entry into BJSC XXV hoped for a 'Real Good Time' in Hendinia as he arrived to meet Roll Deep. 'Ive been a pretty big fan of Roll Deep since 'The Avenue'' the artist come musician admitted, 'It's great to finally meet them and hopefully I'll get the chance to play on the same stage as them in the BaNG final!'. Japayork also played a small gig whilst in the country to showcase his own entry 'So New'.

Bearing in mind the AQ you have, I would pick something instant for BJSC26 as it will have to stand out over all of the semi-final qualifiers. Not really a fan of Beat Drop.

I'm just gonna send something I love, I've got 3 Top 5's in a row, my first ever AQ, I don't care if I come last again - so I'll send anything, regardless of how instant it may be.

I should have said 'I would pick something instant for BJSC26 as it will have to stand out over all of the semi-final qualifiers, if you're looking for another smash'. If you're not worried then fantastic, look forward to seeing what you pick :D I have traditionally tried to send something that would never qualify from the semis when I AQ, content in the knowledge that everyone will HAVE to listen to it anyway :heehee:

I might finally get to send Zarif. Wouldn't be one of my favourites at all, but I really wished I'd sent her a few contests back, but I didn't have the guts. Although, I do think Simon isn't your typical entry to do well. I doubt Simon Curtis would make it through the semis, so I could still send him..

 

I'm not particularly bothered about another smash, like I said, I've had 3 Top 5's in a row, and 8/13 Top 10s, I can hardly compain I haven't had enough success - so I'm not gonna try and go for the safer option this time, and like you say, people will HAVE to listen to whatever I send.

I've downloaded Simon Curtis album and the only song that I've listened more than once is The Dark feat. Jay-Z :wub:

I've been considering Simon Curtis for months, and Beat Drop is the most BJSC-friendly track he's likely to come up with...yet I have no idea how it would do. I'd send that, Push Push is something else I've been considering but it's really missing something IMO.
