VS - Call U Sexy, Marvin from JLS was in this group. V, VS and The 411 were all dropped in the same week aswell

 Call U Sexy was AMAZING! I was quite the fan of VS actually! I loved ALL their singles (Dunno if they did an album though ) 'Love You like Mad', 'Make It Hot' & 'If You Leave Me Now' were all great!

Does anyone remember The Faders and Lovebites? they were like female Busted's(The Faders)/McFly's(Lovebites)

'Jump' by The Faders was

The best thing about 3SL was their fourth member bludz:

3SL - Touch Me, Tease Me

:kink:

As for mine:

Hepburn - Bugs

I had all (three :heehee:) of their singles on cassette. 'I Quit' was their biggest 'hit' but I don't like it as much.

Thunderbugs - Friends Forever

WELL cheesy but I liked it. I have a feeling their follow up was a bit better but as it made #43, was released in 1999 and I only have it on cassette that I can't play I'll never know. :o

Madasun - Don't You Worry

I used to like all of these, it's when I was into music the first time round and, as you can see, I took a liking to random girl bands who had a maximum of three singles and disappeared. I wish I could get them on my computer. How was I to know cassettes would be USELESS 8/9 years on?! :(

Thunderbugs  I have their album on Minidisc as that's the only format it was released in  Friends Forever remains to this day one of my favourite girl group singles of all time

I have the VS album, havent listened to it in years though. It didnt make the top 75 though.

I remember the Faders - wasn't one of them Midge Ure's daughter?

Their first single wasn't bad, and they did have potential.

LoveBites - WTF! Were they even for real? I remember a fuss being made on our regional news about one member as she came from Coventry.

Phixx's Album - "Electrophonic Revolution"

If they'd have let VS release "If You Leave Me Now", I think they'd have stayed around longer.

I always thought that'd have been huge for them.

'If You Leave Me Now' Was released wasn't it? or was it one of those Cancelled releases?

I thought it would be big because there was a singing Cherry advert around the same time

loved n tyce, they got an album and four singles, but just couldnt quite make it! girl thing- girls on top was another favourite and made in london!

Stacie Orrico  Stuck and More To Life were possibly some of the best songs of 2003. Shame she never became that huge really.

Mania - Looking For A Place

Amazing song. This kind of falls into the same category as Frank - I'm Not Shy for me. Another flop but really good song.

Client...

Well, at least in the UK anyway, they sell LOADS of records in Europe, far more than the likes of Sugababes and Girls Aloud do.....

But, they are absolutely criminally ignored in their own country, UK, and they probably are one of the greatest Girl Bands/Synth Pop groups this country ever produced.....

But of course, they dont sound like The sodding Saturdays so they dont get the press hype in this country.....

Do you like Clea, the runner-ups of UK Popstars?

I love their Trinity album. Especially the singles, Stuck In The Middle and Download It.

Here's Download It

One artist that blows every wannabe in this thread - Stacie Orrico.

Ive said this a GAZZILION times on this forum and im sure everyones tired of me hearing it but LORD this girl has talent. I mean actual talent. She is just amazing.

Pop! - Serious

Their other two singles were rather cheesy and steps like but the third single was a pop masterpiece and was criminally ignored.

Very undeserved flop.

The obvious one seems Alphabeat.

Nah i think they "made it" tbh. Plus they still might be successful soon.

Totally agree! I LOVED 'Pop' :( they are criminally under-rated ('Heaven on Earth' was also amazing  - but nothing beats 'Serious')

Serious was  , their other two singles were just :puke2: though
