Damn :( Week 1 I assume was w/e 5 January 2008, and week 1 for 2009 is w/e 3 January 2009? if so then it is week 52 this week :(

I like to add, regarding mids this week, we might have something Tuesday. After Tuesday there won't be any updates this week, technically everyone is still at work till Tuesday, unless MW shut their offices at midday for office parties, so I can't guarantee there be any on Tuesday, we have to play it by ear.

BTW, did it seem as weird to you, as it did to me, that most of the Xmas songs *dropped* this week?

Sales count for this year until the last day of the year.

That was an awful Christmas chart. Listening to it was even worse. They didn't play Wizard or Gabriella Cilmi.

Yeah this is week 52: a week belongs to which ever year it's Thursday falls in! So the w/e 03/01/09 is week 1 of 2009 because it's Thursday is 01/01/09.
