There's always talk about the acts that have one big hit and then disappear but I was thinking about those that have two big hits (let's say top 20 hits), building up some clear momentum, and then just vanish into thin air! These are often more mysterious than 'One hit wonders' as it suggests that they could have quite easily had the market for further hits. So could the chart fanatics on here please list the 'Two hit wonders' that they are aware of! I'll start, and this thread was inspired by the fact that I was listening to Move Your Body by Eiffel 65 last night! I was just wondering how many of them there actually are

I didn't realise Shanks and Bigfoot and Black Legend had follow-ups - I thought they were one-hit wonders! :o

Eiffel 65 continued having hits in Europe, as did Rednex and Gala.

which makes it more odd that they released nothing further in the UK...their album was hardly a flop for it's genre...it made the top 15

Too Much Of Heaven would have been a great third single here...

I loved Eiffel 65. Fascinating topic. Thanks!

For the record Too Much Of Heaven was promoed here - I have the CD - but it didn't pick up much airplay or club play. It would have flopped on official release. They should have gone with My Console like Spain. These days they would just have released the non-album European single Back In Time and stuck out a deluxe version of the album! :)

Funny how so many of these artists are European. It brings home the xenophobic attitude of the UK music industry. European acts have NEVER been taken seriously in the UK

I also have Too Much Of Heaven on CD, in a cardboard case, is this the one you have!?! I think it may have been an import as opposed to a proper UK single
