December 30, 200817 yr I think Girls aloud the loving kind will return to the top 40 on downloads. No can do will reach the top 40 perhaps top 30. Alexandra will still be number one. Leona Lewis will still be number 2. Albums will be prettier much the same. Though low sellers in the last couple of months might reappear because of Woolworth/Zavvi closing sales

I've been watching the popularity bars on the iTunes thread with anticipation! I keep willing Leona closer and closer ... because it is a far better song (and better sung). If it wasn't for that crazy campaign for the Jeff Buckley version (yes - he sings it divinely and I guess as it should be sung) to try (with utter futility) to beat back the Puke-Factor version - in doing so probably driving up the Puke-Factor song - ... Leona would quite rightly be back at number 1 by now. I'm sorry to offend Alex fans ... but really ... she is truly just a 'good' singer - and I see loads of great singers at my local (when I venture out) each Friday.
