Genuinely think the messy choreography is on purpose to match the unconventional structure of the song! It does make the video so much more endearing as well.

I go through stages of having a Girls Aloud song that I consider my favourite and at the moment it’s Call the Shots that is shining through. Perhaps the first instance of a “mature” sound for them but honestly such a perfect pop song.

All girl bands seem to have a signature ballad/mid-tempo and this is the one for Girls Aloud.

Nicola’s middle-8 is a defining moment. Also the girls are serving major FRINGE in the video.
