Its been around for at least a year. Made #1 in Holland last year under Robin S - Show Me Love 2008. I think it'll be a top20 hit, now that Radio 1 are behind it. I dont mind this version, but its not a patch on the original

Yeah I know it's been around for eons now but my beef with it is how this is - apparently - the biggest dance track of the last 12/18 months.

It's a remix of a one of the most recognisable (and greatest) dance tracks of all time and they couple it with more tits and arse! It works as far as mixes go, but the hype is proof that dance music is at another all-time low.

Infinity is the biggest dance track of the last 12 months though, it was a hit everywhere.

I prefer both tracks on their own. I think Steve Angello & Laidback Luke - "Be" is a good dance track, but destined to just club plays.

Dance music really is at an alltime low I agree.

France is the only country that seems to have still original dance tracks charting very high thanks to their "tektonik" thing going on, but even the international dance songs charting are only Michael Mind - Show Me LOve and Steve Angello & Laidback Luke - Show Me Love (yes, both charting at the same time), and the Infinity remix.

Holland, another pioneer, only has had some trance songs charting lower down the chart from Rank 1, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto and Fragma.

The only other songs that charted high were Sander Van Doorn (a remix of Robbie Williams), the Robin S remix, Infinity remix plus a Wamdue Project remix and a Mucho Mambo remix down the chart.

Belgium, home to one of the healthiest commercial dance scenes, has their homegrown artists sort of struggling to have hits with original songs these days, yet their chart is full of remixes: Sash - Raindrops, 2009 versions of King Of My Castle, Silence, Show Me Love, etc.

I wont even mention Germany. Wasnt it the capital of Eurodance once? Well now, no dance songs go top50 (apart from the Infinity remix), and the ones that scrape the top100 are all remixes of Self Control, Youth Of The Nation, Sunglasses At Night, Show Me Love, etc...

Sweden has a healthy-ish scene, but its more dance-pop with stuff like September, Velvet, Agnes rather than club music.

I really like it. Much better than playing the overplayed original mix.

It's not overplayed, it's evergreen! An absolute classic and this version will provide a bit of fun for now but we'll soon head back to the original Stonebridge mix!

Well, the Michael Mind version of Show Me Love (that was charting in Germany) is really similar.

that's cos Michael Mind is a thief...

LOL which one was made earlier?

This one obviously. Its been called Show Me Be seing as it uses Steve Angello & Laidback Luke's - Be with Robin S's "Show Me Love" on top of it. It was around early last year at least.

Oh I didn't know that track before (Angello Laidback Luke - Be) :o

I take a listen to it later.

Why does Robin S insist on releasing this every year?

Surely she has had other songs! Talk about milking it

The "original" version of this from 2009 still SLAPS hard

Yes the additional percussion is great. I probably prefer it to the 1992 original but I do like the bass synths at the start of the 1992 original though. Luv 4 Luv the follow up is great and largely forgotten sadly, we need a new remix of that.

The new remix is pretty cool.

I really liked this version of the song, I was in college when it came out and I really liked it at the time (and ever since)
