Well I think that was an odd choice to perform "Waking Up In Vegas". Make your third single a hit before promoting the fourth. I don't know if "Waking Up In Vegas" will propel up the chart in the same way that Miley and Take That did, those went from top 50 to top 20 on iTunes, this has to come from nowhere. I wouldn't be surprised if she kinda just killed this era, "Thinking Of You" will remain a flop and I think that performance will probably put "Waking Up In Vegas" to about where "Thinking Of You" is now.

:( I hope this isnt the end of Katy altogether. I agree, I can't see Waking Up In Vegas doing very well and they've ruined Thinking Of You's chances.

^^ exactly my thoughts too. Waking Up In Vegas wont do anything, it might climb temporarily but it'll disappear within a week simply because no one's heard it yet anywhere, and there's no video. Its far too early to be promoting it. Instead, she'll probably have 2 flop singles in a row, when she could at least have rescued Thinking Of You, and once that was done, do the proper promotion for WUIV

Shame Katy performed Waking Up In Vegas, I like it, but I much prefer Thinking of You and it's a shame ToY couldn't get into the top 40. Yay for Poker Face though!
