March 1, 200917 yr YAH!!! Kelly #1 and Taylor #2! Probably my two favourite songs - released in this country so far this year! And the top 3 being all women! I wonder if it wil be a top 4 next week?
March 1, 200917 yr great for Kelly Clarkson, a lot better than the lame Taylor Swift.... Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Kelly Clarkson in the top 3 :US females are invading the UK Charts !!!!!
March 1, 200917 yr :w00t: :cheer: So happy Kelly has bagged her first number 1 shame she will only last a week, but it was obvious, when the Comic Relief songs are being released :( I'm sooo ecstatic for her and Hopefully she can have more from this era, as I truly believe now, it's her best era IMO
March 1, 200917 yr 1 Kelly Clarkson - My Life Would Suck Without You [D] *1st week at #1* http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697463372.JPG Chart Run: 1 [1 wk] Release date: 2-3-2009 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 88697463372 Label: BMG As the very first winner of the AMERICAN IDOL television show competition, Kelly Clarkson was inevitably pegged as little more than a manufactured pop commodity. The surprisingly versatile singer managed to survive against expectations, however, and released one of the most infectious singles of 2005, "Since U Been Gone." The success of the song not only endeared Clarkson to a tremendously diverse cross-section of the music listening population, it altered her status from mere contest winner to genuine pop sensation and pointed to a career worth following. - HMV Video here: track listing 1. My Life Would Suck Without You 2. My Life Would Suck Without You [instrumental] Chart history (Year peak title): 2003 06 Miss Independent 2003 35 Low / The Trouble With Love Is 2005 05 Since U Been Gone 2005 09 Behind These Hazel Eyes 2005 07 Because Of You 2006 21 Walk Away 2006 22 Breakaway 2007 09 Never Again 2009 01 My Life Would Suck Without You THis is the first American Idol winner to hit #1 on the UK chart and I think she still stinks. March 1, 200917 yr The UK Number One's Lyrics! Guess this means you're sorry You're standing at my door Guess this means you take back All you said before Like how much you wanted Anyone but me Said you'd never come back But here you are again (Chorus) Cuz we belong together now, yea Forever united here somehow, yea You got a piece of me And honestly My life (my life) would suck (would suck) without you Maybe I was stupid For telling you goodbye Maybe I was wrong For tryin' to pick a fight I know that I've got issues But you're pretty messed up too Either way I found out I'm nothing without you (Chorus) Being with you is so dysfunctional I really shouldn't miss you, But I can't let you go, Oh yeah { music break} Cuz we belong together now, yea yea Forever united here somehow, yea You got a piece of me And honestly My life (my life) would suck (would suck) without you Cuz we belong (yeah) together now (together now), (yeah) Forever united here somehow, yea You got a piece of Me And honestly My life (my life) would suck (would suck) without you Just in case u wanna sing along
March 1, 200917 yr This week's Top 3 is the best in a long, long time. In fact the only song I don't like in this week's Top 10 is Kings Of Leon.
March 1, 200917 yr Just noticed 8 songs in the top10 are from females Its really mad! It was only a few years ago when female artists were struggling to get in the top 10 - now they hold nearly all of it
March 1, 200917 yr Im so glad Love Story didn't make #1 :puke2: :puke: right, it's awful. it's really weird that it's such a huge hit in the UK!!!!
March 1, 200917 yr Well done to Kelly Clarkson for having her first number 1 hit in the UK! And also Taylor Swift's number 2 is fantastic!
