February 22, 201114 yr Hey, does anyone have any tips or help on how to get as many people to read or comment on your charts.. The most anyone has commented on mine was 6, and most viewed was only 25 or so? Should I post my charts in the Chart Thread or start my own? Should I put as many pics in my chart to make it look nice? If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. :)
February 22, 201114 yr If u comments in the others people's charts, some of them will return the favor, it's simply.
April 5, 201114 yr hi im thinking about starting my own personal chart! i used to do one every week using itunes! if i was to use it again nothing would change and i would have really old songs with huge amounts of plays. what does everyone else use to make there chart?

Cool, that'd be great! ^_^ Everyone uses different methods to compile their chart. Mine tends to be a mix of current releases with the occasional album track I'm loving at the moment. Sort of how I think the chart should look, as opposed to charting the random old songs I listen to all week. But that's the great thing about personal charts, you can chart whatever you like and create your chart however you like!
April 11, 201114 yr Hey, what would I do as regard to charting 'Rihanna & Britney Spears - S&M' ? I love the song and am wondering would I be able to chart both this AND the original ? ...Or would I write 'Rihanna/Rihanna & Britney Spears - S&M' on my chart? Thanks in advance...
April 11, 201114 yr I'd chart them together - for example, I wouldn't chart 'E.T' featuring Kanye West, & the original without Kanye separately. I guess it's up to you, but I'd assume that JamesP will combine them for the multichart, and only count the highest charting if you did them separate, as I expect them to be combined in the UK chart, just like any other remix? May 1, 201114 yr Hi, I have a question. Every week, a lot of people start a new thread for their new chart. I assume someone puts the old one in the archives? Will I just go ahead and start a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Edited May 1, 201114 yr by starryeyed

Will I just go ahead and start a new one? You start your own archive if you want a place where all your charts are :P They're not required. The old threads just die and get pushed back. October 16, 201113 yr How do you reset the play count for a whole playlist on iTunes? And is it possible to reset a songs play count in a certain playlist without affecting it's play count everywhere else? It's related to my personal chart as that's how I will compile my chart in future weeks (I haven't been able to the past two weeks because of a lack of time to do it, but I'd still like to continue with it.)

May 1, 201213 yr shoudl i create a new thread every week? or just post next week in the same thread as last week?
May 1, 201213 yr shoudl i create a new thread every week? or just post next week in the same thread as last week? Most people do a new one every week, but you can make your own archive thread in the archive section to store every chart each week and no-one comments on that thread.
May 1, 201213 yr hi im thinking about starting my own personal chart! i used to do one every week using itunes! if i was to use it again nothing would change and i would have really old songs with huge amounts of plays. what does everyone else use to make there chart? I use a mix of Songs i like + Airplay i have a different playlist of the songs in my top 40, and an Excel thingie, where all the songs and their total plays are listed, On the day i compile my chart, i open the file, fill in the new numbers. It;s then new-old = weekly plays
November 15, 201212 yr When does posting for the multichart close? The last two weeks i've tried to post mine (on different days) and the thread is always locked?
November 16, 201212 yr I tend to lock it sometime on Monday at the minute and get the new one up on a Friday, hoping to have a slightly better schedule soon with the new chart being posted on a Wednesday/Thursday instead.
March 24, 201312 yr If you look at my chart, you'll notice almost every song in my chart is old, so I'm just wondering does my chart count as well? If I posted mine in the multichart?
March 24, 201312 yr Your chart will be counted no matter what is included and whether it's posted in the multichart topic or just in a topic of its own. But it will likely have less impact/influence on the multichart due to most of the songs being old. :P
March 24, 201312 yr Oh ok then :) so I just simply post my chart in the multichart which is now #365? :)
