Arguably the best episode of the "Big Brother for Daily Telegraph readers" (© Charlie Brooker) series so far.

The four of us at work who watch this show discussed this week's episode and rather boringly we were in total agreement that Debra should have gone.

If any underling goes into a manager's boardroom and speaks like that to senior managers and talks downwards towards fellow workers then they would expect an instant dismissal.

Of course, had TV cameras not been there she may well have not played up to the camera. But at least she has been exposed as a liar having claimed to seal the deal that Ben achieved (so a job at McLaren awaits her ); this will not have gone down well at all with SirAllun & Nick. So I think that she is a dead woman walking only left in for entertainment value.

Sadly, if only (the hilariously out of his depth yet alarmingly he is becoming likeable) Ben & his team did not misinterpret the rules and try and sell everything at the death including the expensive shoes for £1 then they would have won and seen Philip in the boardroom; whose shocking, childish & pig ignorrant behaviour towards Lorraine who was spot on about the carpet & the shoes deserved to be fired.

Ranking (most likely to win):

1. Kate

2. Lorraine

3. Howard

4. Yasmina

5. James

6. Mona

7. Ben

8. Debra

9. Philip

I meant 'she wasn't dictatorial'. Obviously I wouldn't think that a good quality! Except in the case of Hitler. He was a diamond.

Hate to bring this up as its totally irrelevant but it annoys me when I hear people say Hitler was a good leader. He was a good speaker, but he did feck all as a leader - everyone around him did.

Anyway, I think the right person went last night personally. Majood has done nothing ovr the 6 weeks and while although Ben messed up big time I think this is likely to be a big learning curve for him. He and his team mis-interpreted the task and he looked completely defeated in the boardroom, he knew he'd messed up massively. Phillip did too, but he got very lucky with some of the sales. He was so naive and arrogant last night. I don't like Loraine, but he should have at least taken her opinions under account. His arrogance should have got him fired last night, but he lives to fight another day.

I know ... some people should really watch 'Lessons From History' on one of the freeview channels on a Saturday afternoon, if ever they've got nothing better to do!

Philip was a total cock, Ben should have been fired [Noorul should have gone weeks ago] and i liked Debra for a bit, but that asswipe streak is back so she can f*** right off.

Kate for the win.

I shall officially be declaring Kate as my Queen for this season.

Eugh, SO pleased Phil was fired. Arrogant bast*rd.

The 'joke' comment when he was fired really did show what a cocky little twat he was. <_<

Excellent! So glad he's gone! He, Kate and Ben hoped that Lorraine would fall on her sword ... and it didn't happen!

For once then Sir Alan made the right choice and fired the hot-head early (ish) on... he totally had it coming to him. The sad thing was that Philip seemed like a pleasant enough guy most of the time - the sort who you'd be willing to have a drink with if he was a friend of a friend - but he just had no idea how to handle himself in the boardroom. Lorraine isn't going to last more than one or two weeks now, because even though she's capable and seemingly nice enough, she's much too meek ever to be appointed by Sir Alan, and I'm pretty sure he thinks she's a finger-pointer.

Empire were a brilliant team! No weak links whatsoever.

Thank god he's gone. I dont like enjoying looking at someone I actually dislike that much.

Overall this week, Yasmina was my favourite.

Mona was a good PM though and impressed me.

Doubt Ms Alan Carr will last much longer. It's getting tough now for me to decide who I want out!

I'm liking Howard more and more! He has the right amount of confidence and humility! And although he should really get his teeth fixed ... he's got gorgeous eyes!

Norma

Both Howard and Debra have eyes so piercingly blue that they could seduce a celibate cave man.
Philip deserved to go this week as he let the conniving Lorraine wind him up in the boardroom. He is coming across as a nice guy on the Apprentice - You're Fired show though.

Forgot to add! Kudos to Nick for standing up for Rapid in Liverpool! When Kate tried to dismiss them as being some sort of 'poundland' he correctly pointed out that they are a massive store and have been going for over 100 years. And believe me ... a lot of their stuff is way, way more than £1!!!!!!!!

Is that down to the lighting in the boardroom to some extent though? I agree on Howards, but they seem less piercing outside.

I loved it when Nick brought up Pantsman to deflate Philip's ego a bit!

Definatly the right choice this week, though IMO he should have gone over Kim 2 weeks back.

What happened to Kate this week though? Lost the plot a bit, i hope she recovers in the next few tasks since she's done quite well in previous weeks. The suprise of the week was Mona though, who beforehand had been absoulutly useless, perhaps she has actually got something after all.

Ranking

1. Yasmina

2. Howard

3. James

4. Kate

5. Lorraine

6. Mona

7. Debra

8. Ben

Now that Mona's realised she actually has to do something to stay in the competition, it's looking very tough between the top 7. Ben's the weak link.

Really admired Yasmina tonight for steadfastly standing up for Lorraine!

Right choice this wekek although I can't stand Lorraine. She won't last long. I think she's a bit like Noorul now, if he gets another chance to fire her he will. If it wasn't for Phil's arrogance then I am sure Lorraine would have gone this week. Rergardless of what was said you could tell that Ben, Kate and Phil did not really care - they even said it so themselves! They tried but the products they picked were really stupid imo.

Isnt next weeks when the Mona & Howard row comes to light?
