@aaron - I thought i'd let you know i'd gotten it, with the PM issues you've been having recently. Fingers crossed they are sorted.

Hmm...I get the feeling I'm going to be disappointing some people come Sunday. I haven't done as much of my assignment as I was hoping to get done by now. I'm under a third of the way through. I was going to do a third a day starting from Thursday, to be done in time for the BJSC. But on Thursday I kinda saw the first question and cowered. I started it today but only got through the first 27% of the marks available before stalling again. Apparently I didn't prepare properly for this. Ideally it needs to be sent off on Monday morning really. I'll try and get through as much as I can manage of it tomorrow but it's beginning to look like it will need to run into Sunday.

 

In short: I'm not sure if I'll be done with the assignment in time to host a spectacular show on Sunday. Thankfully revealing the qualifiers shouldn't take too much prep and I may be able to get it done. But if I don't...sorry in advance. I should have thought about hosting before I took the offer, perhaps.

 

 

Concentrate on your assignment, that's a priority, the results can wait till Monday, other members have hosted and posted the results a day later, or on a different day, to be honest if I was hosting I wouldn't be able to host it on a Sunday as with all the chart action in the chart forum.

it's such an awkward time zone.

 

Because the state of Queensland doesn't use DST it's weird as. I went across the state boarder into New South Wales to a place called Byron Bay, it's like 3hour directly south, and i moved an hour forward. :nocheer: same in Melbourne and Sydney. God only knows when they switch to being normal.

 

I have an 8am class so i'll probs be on from somewhere between 6 and 7am.

 

It would be awkward as if i hosted while i was out here. We'd have the first Afternoon finals! :lol: all the times would be the same, but they be in AEST instead of GMT.

 

Good on the PM front. I shall be sending whenever i manage to drag my ass out of bed. Past couple of days the earliest has been 3pm :heehee:

So exciting, only a handful of people left to vote but it's all still to play for. The top 2 in semi 1 are basically confirmed but it's all close in the positions that count, the last few votes really do count. Semi 2 seems to have 3 favourites and things aren't as tight around the qualification areas, but there are still a bunch of people who need to vote.
