Uhm, maybe because not everybody has the exact same taste as you.. Seeing you're literally biased to almost everything that's indie or alternative, nobody expected you to like a pop dance song like 'Wind It' .. It's pretty obvious which person will hate which song and which will love it. I'm not suprised at all at the likes of you and Ben not liking Jody, neither will you be suprised at say the likes of Rich or maybe Aled not liking your songs. I get it's just your opinion, but you don't have to go around bashing another person's entry which is liked by those who are more likely to find it appealing because it's more the sort of genre they like, where you obviously won't because it's less the sort of genre you like..

 

Whaaa LOL? I don't just like indie and alternative, I do like pop as well so I think I am allowed my opinion thank you. In the last contest when people said they didn't like M83 I did not have a lot have like you have about liking different types of music. :s

I do hope so ey, but comments like ''how can anyone possibly like Wind It'' are a bit worrying and certainly revive what happened to Rich and 'Headhunted' where the love/hate became pretty vocal. But then again there were people bashing Agnes =/

So it could turn out any way, it's just I think it's a bit difficult to predict Jody's result with the vocal response it's received - positive and negative.

 

I wouldn't worry Kath, people always analyse the favourites, positive or negative...it's a fact of the BJSC that songs with hype are most likely to get backlash as people are vocally questioning why they have been installed as favourites in the first place

 

why bother criticising a song at 90/1 in the odds that absolutely nobody is raving over, it wouldn't generate any type of response if people said 'I can't get why anyone would like/hate Wilson Phillips' song' :heehee:

and with regards to Janet, that's how confident I am, Rcih especially knows how much I dislike Mira Craig *shudders at the thought*

Through this contest I've now realised that Mira Craig really isn't all "That". I tried to listen to 'Headhunted' the other day, but couldn't and 'I'm the One' although slightly better than 'Headhunted' really isn't all that it's made out to be either... :(
