Bugger :( Im not a hater either, but I think INA is slightly overrated. I hope the physical and digital bundle will take Gaga back to number one next week...

She's starting (yes, starting) promotion for PF in just over a week so she could definitely turn heads by returning to number one - I certainly wouldn't put it past her.

I really want Jai Ho to get to #1 - best song on the chart

Agreed!

Should have been song to replace Poker Face :(

Let's hope not! That would be mortifying.

:heehee:

from the 4 or 5 tracks I've heard so far by each artist, I prefer every one of the La Roux tracks :o

Eminem is out nxt week, plus Calvin is out physically and physicals do nowt now so i doubt GaGa will go back to #1.

GaGa is out on physical though as well. ^_^

Agreed!

Yeah, not this $h!t Calvin Harris. :(

I hope JHYAMD and IFTK get higher peaks than 3 and 4, but I don't think JHYAMD will do it... IFTK has hope for around #3, but it could surprise again and get #2. Very, very unlikely to be a #1, but I would never even expect top 20 for this on first listen.

Lady GaGa is a dance-pop singer from New York City. Born Stefani Germanotta in Yonkers in 1986, she attended the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU while performing at open-mic nights around the city. An early collaboration with rapper/producer Akon led to her signing with Interscope Records, which released her debut album THE FAME in October 2008. She scored a number one hit and a Grammy nomination with her ode to lost, drunken nights, "Just Dance." The song went on to top the charts in several other countries, helping GaGa to develop an international following. The vocalist made headlines at the 2009 Brit Awards when she, along with Brandon Flowers of the Killers, performed with the Pet Shop Boys on a medley of the synth-pop duo's hits, including the classic "West End Girls." - HMV

Scottish kitsch-dance producer, Calvin Harris, burst on to the UK music scene with his tongue-in-cheek single, "Acceptable In The 80s", which reached number 10 in the UK singles chart. A blend of retro synth sounds, and knowing lyrics it set the template for Harris' debut full length, I CREATED DISCO, released in June 2007. The album was preceded by Harris' second single, "The Girls", which upping the ante with it's ironic claims of sexual attractiveness--set to a synth sample from the Human League--the single shot top number 3 in the single charts. - HMV

GaGa is out on physical though as well. ^_^

Yes, but do physicals really make that much difference any more?

So pleased for Calvin Harris. One of the songs of the year

whoop so glad this is not #1 now, i was over it weeks ago.
Congratulations for Calvin Harris. Actually Gaga was three weeks long at number 1 and that was enough for her :D :D :D

That's a pretty good track record, 4 top 10 and 2 #1 out of five singles. Still 3 and 1 if you discount his featured role on DWM.

DWM was 2008 though ;)
