Ashton has just found the perfect song for the Foreign Language Spin Off.

 

We think it basically puts across our opinion of the spin off theme very well:

Peter wanted a record while mighty Ashton is just not bothered listening to 27-29 non-english songs.

 

and I have only 2 songs lined up...one is french (which I think it will be more acceptable) and the other one is in albanian :yahoo:

I have decided to send a foreign language song every contest (of course if i find the song in english that i absolutely love - it'll be it though) :o

 

At least this is the plan for my 3rd contest in the new era (of DNQs lolz). I have already lined up a russian and a french one :kink:

It's not because i don't understand, there are some good foriegn language songs, but they just aren't my thing.

 

I don't the same emotive connection out of a lot of non-english songs. I have never heard a foreign song that has touched me in a way Run For Cover, Too Lost In You and Now You're Gone have.

I'm going to have to try and find one now to prove you wrong... :kink:
The mods have done a v clever thing actually. They've made the spin:off to be after this contest, thus making by the time XVII comes around, Jordin will be TOO cheap to send...

No, it's been planned for a long time right? TBH when I joined one thing I was really looking forward to was the foreign language spinoff :kink:
The spin-off was planned ages ago Pavel, Jordin had nothing to do with it...

I know of course. :lol: It was the form of sarcasm. I needed a smiley to make it clear tho ;p
