I've been listening non-stop to her discography all week but now I'm non-stop Stupid Love
  • 2 months later...

All of them! *.* I've listened to ARTPOP, Born This Way, The Fame Monster and now I'm onto Joanne all today! Also heard a couple of A Star Is Born tracks and Stupid Love in the gaps between them!

I barely listened to ARTPOP on release so I'm finally getting to know the tracks a bit better. G.U.Y is certainly growing on me now, Gypsy is the single that never was and Jewels N Drugs deserved a music video

I've listened to a lot of Joanne recently, probably even more than when it first came out. Kind realising now I never fully appreciated at the time, such a nice piece of work

I've always really liked Joanne! You can't really compare it to her other albums as it's going in a completely different direction but is great in it's own right! I think the strength of some of the album tracks as well as it's cohesion makes it great! Dancin' In Circles, Grigio Girls, Sinner's Prayer, John Wayne, Joanne and A-YO are all highlights!

Yes! We love to see it :cheer:

Gypsy definitely should've been a single (and the album closer) :/

Knew you'd appreciate an artist spam day! Especially a Gaga one!

Gypsy is probably the strongest song on the album so I'm surprised it wasn't used as a single, very anthemic and I could imagine it having a universal appeal like The Edge of Glory did.

Looking back on it, Do What U Want is quite disappointing compared to some of Gaga's other singles. I think I liked it just because there was a worry Gaga's star was fading after the Applause - Venus one-two - releasing a safe radio friendly song that the GP took to instantly helped propel the song into my good books more than it should have.

Honestly can't remember the last time I listened to Joanne in full so I'm really gonna have to get around to doing so!

Her cover of Elton's 'Your Song' has grown on me a lot recently. I find it very overlooked and it had such a muted release. It's got me so excited for 'Sine From Above' on the new album
