Johnny Logan in 1980 "What`s Another Year" Milk And Honey 1979 "Hallelujah". Before that Abba/Mouth And McNeil/Gigliola Cinquetti in 1974, Vicky Leandros in 1972, Severine in 1971, and Dana in 1970. There are not that many that made the top 10, that were non UK entries.

May 20, 200917 yr oh and a huge :o at the lack of support to non UK entries in the UK charts historically Lordi and Verka made the top 30 in 2006/2007 respectively, and XTM's cover of Fly On The Wings Of Love was a top ten hit... I can't believe Fairtyale is likely to be the first one to hit the top ten since 1987 :o I sincerely hope we don't have to wait 22 years until the next one! (and that Fairytale doesn't drop out of the top ten before Sunday :lol:)
