It's the "weekend" effect. Although I thought Guetta would benefit a bit from the weekend effect too, with it being a big anthem and stuff...

if the black eyed peas got back to number 1, would it be the first time anyone's ever returned to number 1 twice?

Seemed pointless starting new thread so ill post it here. When do they stop counting songs people are buying for the sunday chart? Does sunday count towards the weeks chart or nxt weeks?

Amazed at "Poker Face" - it was at #21 earlier in the week and it's now back up to #12. 'Knock You Down' should be 3/4 next week here. :)

Today's chart will include all the songs bought up until midnight last night. So anything that has been bought after today will count towards next weeks chart.

23.59 on a Saturday night and no, Sunday counts towards the following chart.

It's already done it twice, though one was a fluke.

It's something that benefits the older songs really, I'm sure once Guetta has been on the chart for a few weeks and became more known to the casual buyers, it'll be rebounding at the weekend with the rest of them.

Please can someone post popularity bars from Ireland iTunes, I'd like to see Keri's lead but I still can't view iTunes 'top songs'.
