July 17, 200916 yr Yeah, Seth Green was a big success. It really helped that the crowd were hot all night. It was one of the most enjoyable RAW's I can remember, actually. Now, ZZ Top hosting RAW next week? That does NOT sound like it will be a big success...
July 22, 200915 yr Why are RAW endings just so dull? It's just predictable it's going to end with Legacy beating down HHH & Cena or vice versa. Lame. This week's RAW bombed, in my view. Last week Seth Green was a breath of fresh air as host, but ZZ Top were just embarrassing. It was hard to watch at some points.
July 22, 200915 yr TOTALLY agreed! I turned it off before the main event coz I KNEW how it would end already LOL!
July 23, 200915 yr LOL, RAW endings are always predictable. I remember the days where members of Evolution have to interfere in "every" week. Edited July 23, 200915 yr by FM11
July 25, 200915 yr PREDICTIONSSSSS! :P WWE Championship Randy Orton © Vs Triple H Vs John Cena :( World Heavyweight Championship CM Punk © Vs Jeff Hardy :( Divas Championship Maryse © Vs Mickie James :D Unified Tag Team Championship ??? & Chris Jericho © Vs Legacy (Dibiase & Rhodes) :) ECW Championship Tommy Dreamer © Vs Christian :D Intercontinental Championship Rey Mysterio © Vs Dolph Ziggler -_- United States Championship Six Pack Challenge Kofi Kingston © Vs MVP Vs The Miz Vs Carlito Vs Jack Swagger Vs Big Show Women's Championship Michelle McCool © Vs Melina :( Surely the US Championship match is between The Miz (Getting a decent push now it seems) and Carlito (Why else would they have him turn on Primo, for him just to be a Top jobber again and threaten to walk again?
July 25, 200915 yr Orton v. HHH v. Cena - Hm, I'm not sure about this one. The current plan for SSlam is Cena v. HHH, but that could be non-title. I have a feeling Cena will win the belt, and I think it's necessary as that's the least stale option to take. CM Punk v. Jeff Hardy - Punk's heel tendancies have been great, and they've built him extremely well. No doubt that Punk is retaining, though. Jericho & & ??? v. Legacy - I would love CM Punk to be Jericho's partner, but I have no idea where they want to go with this. I'll say Jericho's team retains, because that's the most interesting route. Six Pack Challenge - Swagger, all the way. I can't predict this, though, as it's been reported that Carlito v. Primo is on the cards for SSlam, so it could be for the U.S. Title... Tommy Dreamer v. Christian - Christian needs to win. He's the most over, and one of the best workers this year and I don't think Dreamer is strong enough to hold the belt at this point. Rey Mysterio v. Dolph Ziggler - I'd love for Ziggler to go over. We know WWE have a lot of plans for him, but will they pull the trigger? I think so, if not at NOC, then in a few weeks. Maryse v. Mickie James - Maryse goes over here. She's the best heel Diva (excluding Beth) in a long, long time. She needs to continue her reign. Michelle McCool v. Melina - Lame, and I don't care, but Michelle won't lose the belt.
July 25, 200915 yr Predictions: WWE Championship Randy Orton © Vs Triple H Vs John Cena - I don't think HHH or Cena will the championship. Then HIAC will be next. World Heavyweight Championship CM Punk © Vs Jeff Hardy - I'll be surprised if Hardy will win this. Divas Championship Maryse © Vs Mickie James - Wouldn't care much, sorry. http://i29.tinypic.com/2rpwexf.jpg Unified Tag Team Championship ??? & Chris Jericho © Vs Legacy (Dibiase & Rhodes) - Legacy will not win the champions, I reckon. ECW Championship Tommy Dreamer © Vs Christian - I think Christian will win this, and Dreamer become a jobber again. Intercontinental Championship Rey Mysterio © Vs Dolph Ziggler - It will be Mysterio. United States Championship Six Pack Challenge Kofi Kingston © Vs MVP Vs The Miz Vs Carlito Vs Jack Swagger Vs Big Show - I hope Big Show don't get this belt, I think Kofi will depend it or it will be given to The Miz. Women's Championship Michelle McCool © Vs Melina - Michelle. Edited July 25, 200915 yr by FM11
July 27, 200915 yr CM Punk's promo going on about single parents etc... was one of the best things in wrestling in the past two years by a long way.
July 27, 200915 yr You guys are well harsh on Melina and Michelle :heehee: (In your predictions :o) They're both putting on quite a match :o (The DDT on the barricade was BRILLIANTLY executed!)
July 27, 200915 yr Punk was awesome, but he deserved to deliver such a promo in front of a crowd that wasn't dead. PPV was good. Nothing felt that special, to be honest, but it was good. Hardy's win was definitely a swerve, as he's obviously signed a contract extension through to Summerslam. Orton going over was OK, but he's just a stale champion, now. Who is there for Orton to feud with now? A returning Shawn Michaels? Please, I don't want to see ANOTHER Orton v. HBK match. I dig Maryse, but she shouldn't be working matches longer than 5 mins. That absolutely KILLED the crowd. Michelle v. Melina was better than I expected, but I don't get what's so special about McCool. WWE want to promote her as the top Diva heel but I'd MUCH rather watch Maryse (who's an inferior worker) as at least she shows personality that's not so contrived. Edited July 27, 200915 yr by AAC
