They should just scrap bands from reality shows. They never work out (Girls Aloud aside :heehee:). They're better when they come into the charts unexpected.

tbh the girls is the only decent category for me. in which I would choose lucie and both stacies. think rachel will get through instead of stacy mcclean though.

and Nicole, she didn't have a break down in the middle of her other audition by the looks of things. The main show just annoys me with things like this. Dannii repeated almost word for word what Nicole was saying before the audition 'maybe she changed the song too much', just seems all a bit set up.

 

Agreed with the general opinion that Simon has the best group, followed by Dannii.

 

None of the boys sing good enough, lucky for them they're good looking and that'll get them through a few weeks. Hopefully we wont have a new Eoghan/Leon, but my eye is on Lloyd. We've had an Irish and a Scottish 'cute' teen boy get far with little talent, now it's time for a Welsh one. -_-

 

Miss Frank are the only group with a chance, the other female groups will follow suit and go home in week 1, the boys are awful.

 

Stacey S, Rachel and Lucie are clearly the three choices for the girls but I'm not too impressed with the category as a whole, none of them scream winner. Strange choice for Stacey M, a rather dated Britney song, definitely fits her past teeny bopper image but she's above that now.

 

I like all six of the overs but I'd rather see Treyc, Olly and Daniel through. Sadly I can see my first choices being sent home tomorrow, despite Treyc giving performance of the show imo. Nicole ultimately fails to reach that range of pure power that the likes of Jennifer Hudson or Beverley Knight can reach and it results in a shouty, unpleasant noise. Very average. I'm convinced he put her through and it mostly seems to be down to Nicole being more 'interesting' and Treyc not being a star/showing personality. From what I've seen, Treyc seems really fun and bubbly (they had me laughing when they had those segments of her phoning her 13 siblings :lol:) and Nicole just has her same old dead Dad story repeated every week. Anyway, the others, Afro man was better tonight than ever before and Olly has been better. I just hope the latter is given another chance. Danyl's performance was like a whole performance consisting of adlibs, it's almost like there should have been someone else singing it properly with him. His Xtra Factor performance seems much better.

I really want Rachel (incredible vox and hairdo), Treyc (only over-25 ever without dead family sob story) and Miss F.R.A.N.K. to go through. Those three aside I'm not that bothered but it would be nice if Lucie, Stacey Salmon, Kandy Rain could go through too and if Danyl could rot in hell.

Groups (mentor Louis Walsh): Kandy Rain, John and Edward Grimes (Damn you Louis, knock him out Ronan), Harmony Hood, Project A, Miss Frank and De-Tour

 

Boys (mentor Cheryl Cole): Rikki Loney, Daniel Fox, Duane Lamonte, Joseph McElderry, Ethan Boroian and Lloyd Daniels.

 

Girls (mentor Dannii Minogue): Stacey Solomon, Stacey McClean, Rachel Adedeji, Nicole Jackson, Despina Pilavakis and Lucie Jones.

 

Over-25s (mentor Simon Cowell): Jamie Archer, Nicole Lawrence, Oliver Murs, Treyc Cohen, Daniel Pearce and Danyl Johnson.

 

Who I see going through after last night, groups I really can't choose because other than Miss Frank they're not so good, almost the same applies to the boys, and I just can't shake the thought of Lloyd slipping in as this year's Woghan (HSM songs beware!). Girls even though I can't stand the Solomon I had to put her ahead of McClean :heart: :(. Overs is too hard to call :lol:

I absolutely love Rachel, Kandy Rain, Treyc, and Miss Frank. Both Stacy's imo are average, both Nicole & Despina are better than them but they obviously won't get through because they haven't had enough air time :P.

 

Oh and I love Ethan for shallow reasons. :kink: :( Afro guy is good too I think. Danyl and Jon & Edward are both hideous though.
