I think we have had worse #1s this year than JLS tbh

Yes, I agree (for example La Roux :heehee:)

Finally Chicane appeared in the chart, now Poppiholla must climb fast! :cheer:

I was just about to go on youtube and see what this Chicane was when it came on the radio.

Isn't this Sigur Ross? Or does it just sample that?

It is, a dance cover of Hoppipolla.

Please don't forget about poor VV :kink: Go on spare her your change and get it once more. You know you want to :P

It covers the Sigur Ros track 'Hoppipolla'. :)

Yeah, it's more of a cover than a sample. :)

Well that's the 2nd worst #01 of the year sorted. Awful, generic, cheesy and predictable are just some words to describe it.
Could JLS become the first X factor act that has a debut number 1 single without the help of The X factor? :yahoo:
JLS got the #1 in the bag already for next Sunday, I just like to see if they crack 100k plus next week, its possible with downloads + physicals.

JLS still #2 but they can't be far off now

Chicane #150 :cheer: :w00t: :music:

3Oh!3 #213 =D

Killers - ADF #248

And the never-dying Human by The Killers is #50 :kink:

Lady GaGa - Poker Face #19 (weekend effect =x)

Random post.

The winner of X Factor this year has to be a band surely, no band has ever won it yet

Most of them were $h!te though :( You're not going to find the new Rolling Stones in X Factor.

Speaking of though, I can't wait for Ruth's album

Are any records going to be broken?

Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love probably got to #1 faster, so i wouldn't think JLS would have been the quickest artist to get to #1.

Chico? :puke2:

Chico Time was performed on the show though - same with every other chart topper from the x-factor so far.

If (or when) JLS get to the top it will be the 1st single to do so from the x-factor that hasn't been performed or had the added support of a performance on the show in front of millions of viewers.

Chico? :puke2:

But wasnt that during the X factor period? he performed it on the tour, didnt he? This is completely from scratch
