July 15, 200917 yr I think 15k for Beat Again is about what I would have expected. It is still on course for 120k for the week which is what I predicted on Sunday. Sunday would have been a huge day, but I can see no reason for the current level to drop off as JLS are doing lots of promotion and radio appearances.

As I just posted at Haven, perhaps they're daily sales look something like this: 25k on Sunday, 19k on Monday, 15k on Tuesday.
July 15, 200917 yr Maybe there's a rule that a b-side can't chart in the Top 40 when the a-side is charting...
July 15, 200917 yr Author How is 15k bad? I thought it was a sharp drop, I didn't take Sunday's download sales into consideration
July 15, 200917 yr Not looking great for "Paparazzi" at all, La Roux and BEP have gained more than she has since yesterday and now it's as if she's miles behind them both :snif: , but she is a weekend seller so hopefuly after GMTV she can pick up and catch them both. Great to see VV on the up though and "Rabbit Heart" still top 20, as well as "Poker Face" still rebounding!
July 15, 200917 yr The Motown Years by Michael Jackson, I knew it would push Paolo Nutini down, its been advertised on TV a lot in the past few days. And JLS Sales for Beat Again are not as front loaded as yesterday, but I expected them around 70k, they only did around 15k for Tuesday, kinda strange. Yep, looks like there were loads of pre-orders in that 45k yesterday. They were projecting 160k based on "normal" sales patterns from Sunday-Monday sales and should have been on approx 74k to maintain that. Projection for the week based on today's sales now down to 131k and it'll drop further as the week goes on. I reckon they'll top out around 110k. Why the hell has Umbrella gone though?!? :o RyRy what is the physical/download split for beat Again out of interest?
July 15, 200917 yr That's odd   its still showing on iTunes, yesterdays sales for Beat Again must have had sales for Umbrella combined to it, does not make sense at all to me. Doesn't make any sense to me either. If yesterday's sales for Beat Again had Umbrella sales added, why was Umbrella also listed (@ #8 with sales listed)?
July 15, 200917 yr RyRy what is the physical/download split for beat Again out of interest? 91% Digital 9% Physical It's all very weird - even Umbrellas sales for yesterday have been removed and are stated to be "3"
July 15, 200917 yr RyRy can you provide positions for:- Master Shortie (DE) Melanie Fiona (GITMR) Britney Spears (Radar) Ciara (Work) Metro Station (SF) please :)
July 15, 200917 yr 91% Digital 9% Physical It's all very weird - even Umbrellas sales for yesterday have been removed and are not stated to be "3" Thanks. :) So 5.3k sales physical - should be around 12k for the week which isn't bad in today's climate. What does it mean 'Umbrellas ... not stated to be "3"' ? Sorry if I'm being thick!

July 15, 200917 yr So glad Sweet Dreams is #11. Hopefully it won't be her lowest hit to date if it keeps up the pace. I'm still dreading that it could do a Battlefield (and we all know what that means  )

I'm still dreading that it could do a Battlefield (and we all know what that means  ) She's had at least one song peak below #11 (Green Light) so I think as long as it gets to #11 she's pretty safe on that score! ^_^ I want to know where 'Umbrella' is! :(
July 15, 200917 yr She's had at least one song peak below #11 (Green Light) so I think as long as it gets to #11 she's pretty safe on that score! ^_^ Unless you count 'Diva's #72. :P
July 15, 200917 yr Sweet Dreams is 13+2 ;) Sorry i keep mixing the Midweeks and iTunes chart up  . She will probably be #11 soon though. This is probably her best uptempo song to date (joined with Deja Vu of course :P )
July 15, 200917 yr Unless you count 'Diva's #72. :P I'm not counting it because as far as I'm concerned it was never released as a single here :P
