August 4, 200915 yr Meh, not a huge fan of the song but I can see it getting to #1 (only because of the huge amount of TV airplay)
August 6, 200915 yr this song will not get to number one - if it does i will eat my own hand :o Number three is the highest it will get, then plummet like a brick!
August 7, 200915 yr I love this - it's bloody amazing. #1, I think aswell. Much better than Holiday, even if I am growing on it.
August 7, 200915 yr I love the sugababes but this track is damn awful :( Even worse than 'Girls' last year? It is a pretty desperate song though, that can't be denied. I think it's being overestimated, #3 or #4 for this and it won't hang around for long.
August 7, 200915 yr I dont see why everyone thinks this is desparate. I think it's just a brilliant club banger to get everyone noticing them again. It's basically a promo single.
August 7, 200915 yr I hated it, and then after seeing the video, which i think is amazing, i'm sure it will do overly well... grows soooo much! #1! oh and i hated push the button too!
August 8, 200915 yr I dont see why everyone thinks this is desparate. I think it's just a brilliant club banger to get everyone noticing them again. It's basically a promo single. This is why it is desperate: Successful girl band return for new album (Catfights & Spotlights). Album flops. All singles flop, even after huge promotion. Band goes away. Band comes back for yet another album (the next album). They brainstorm what will make them successful again because they don't want another flop era. Someone comes up with the idea. They release a song with 'sex' in the title. 5,000,000,000 sales. End.
August 8, 200915 yr why does that make it desperate. I could say the same about Madonna and Celebration. Female solo has a successful era (confessions) changes her style and has a flop era by her standards, with her lowest charting single ever. comes back with a song from a greatest hits that sound like it came from confessions. But I don't find it desperate. Everybody who puts a song out there does it because they feel it would be a hit so isn't almost everyone desperate. Also it's not like Get Sexy talks about having sex, it's quite the opposite compared to some of Sugababes previous singles.
August 8, 200915 yr I definitely think it will go to #1 now, it's always played on the radio and the music channels. Edited August 8, 200915 yr by Callum24
August 8, 200915 yr That's not really desperate though is it B-Rye? You can hardly blame them for actually wanting to do well  It's just unfortunate 'Catfights & Spotlights' flopped for them. Also aren't they signed to a label in America now? Which is another reason for the change in music. Sugababes have pretty much always changed their style of music with each album/era.

Yeah, the are signed to Jay-Z's label in the USA, but still Island in this country :nocheer: And your right, they do change their sound/stlye every era
