We can now announce that Gaga is all set to challenge the UK to a Lovegame, releasing it as her fourth single over here.

 

Gaga will be making the first move on 21st September when it hits the shelves. it will be available on CD, 7" Picture Disc and there will of course be a bundle full of downloads.

 

The video, which if you've yet to see, you can catch for the first time on UK TV this Thursday on Channel 4 at 11:45pm.

I heard a a remix of LoveGame with Marilyn Manson yesterday, and I have to say it sounds pretty promising. Hopefully the original will compare to the remix.

I wouldn't be so sure. It would be good for her to get another top 5 with LG but i see it going top 10 only TBH. Because her album is massive and she's had two number 1's. She might be the new rihanna however and actually get top 5 but i think top 10 seeing its the 4th single :D

I sort-of agree with you and I'm paranoid that it'll do an Untouchable and miss the top 10 or something along those lines. But it's a public favourite like Paparazzi was - hanging around in the lower top 100 of both the singles chart and on iTunes, those sales obviously coming from her hardcore loons so once it's promoted/playlisted it can blow up in similar style as Paparazzi did to the general public to stock up on.

LoveGame was HUGE in the US, and that after the album was out for +/- 35 weeks AND is likely to end up on Double Platinum status there in few months time so I don't see how it can miss the top 10 unless the album sales factor does play its predicted prick. It did miss the top 10 as 4th single in Sweden and New Zealand though :o

There is no need to worry about where ANY Lady Gaga song will chart at the moment. The UK, along with the rest of the world, loves her.

 

Anyway, "Young Soul Rebels - I Got Soul" has been pushed to October [source: Official War Child Website]. It was just a matter of time before they pushed it back, it's probably not even been finished!

Hopefully now Deadmau5 is a little more popular here he can go top 20 with GNS.

What version is Deadmau5 releasing is it the instrumental or the one with the vocals?

 

The instrumental is already available on iTunes - so I would assume it's the one with Rob Swire's vocals.
