Posted August 18, 200915 yr Woo. One of the highlights on the album imo, even if you all disagree. It's already climbing iTunes though, so that should be a good sign! :yahoo: Confirmed here Stryder announces new single details Tinchy Stryder has announced details of the fourth single to be lifted from his new album Catch 22. The rapper will release 'You're Not Alone', which samples dance trio Olive's 1997 best-seller, on November 2. Stryder reached number three in January with 'Take Me Back' and has since topped the charts twice with N-Dubz collaboration 'Number One' and 'Never Leave You', which features Amelle Berrabah. According to the singles release schedule, the 22-year-old will go head-to-head with Berrabah's group Sugababes, who are expected to release 'About A Girl', the second single from their upcoming seventh studio album, on November 2. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/a172145/...le-details.html Unlucky about the Sugababes bit though :( Edited August 19, 200915 yr by Theo.
August 18, 200915 yr We have already been hearing negativity on 'You're Not Alone'. But I disagree. He sampled it really well. :yahoo:
August 18, 200915 yr Difference is Tinchy's album is now available whilst when Suga's release their next single, their album isn't available until a week or so after so he'll lose out on cherry pickers etc... But anyway, not surprised at all about this being the next single. (We all know what I would have prefered though :heehee:)
August 18, 200915 yr November 2 is too late, far too late. It's about to go top 40 already, if I was him/his record label I'd push it forward to late September/early October, though that looks likely to happen.
September 23, 200915 yr VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRvW5Kqc81s (Embedding disabled on every video :snif:) His best yet, although that's not exactly saying much :heehee: It's also got a release date of 26th October now apparently.
September 23, 200915 yr f***ing AWFUL. Seriously, I can't remotely see the appeal in this complete murder of a cover. To me this highlights how little talent this guy actually has.
September 29, 200915 yr VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRvW5Kqc81s (Embedding disabled on every video :snif:) His best yet, although that's not exactly saying much :heehee: It's also got a release date of 26th October now apparently. Liking the video. Songs not bad for now but i may go off it :P
October 1, 200915 yr This has suddenly clicked with me recently, love it now. Yeah it does rely on the sample a bit TOO much but it uses it really well, hopefully another Top 10 at least for him.
