August 29, 200915 yr I have 4 hours and I have 0 idea what to send :( As NFG would say, it's all downhill from here (for Torchwood :kink:) :snif:
August 29, 200915 yr this will soon rival XIV for cheapness, so hopefully it will also end with a Rontvian win :kink: I may have left Anna for a month though if I'd realised the SHEER VOLUME of fellow femelectropop songs that would also be confirmed :drama: oh well, it's nearly always the winning genre these days anyway  Isn't it because there is lack of good male singers nowadays? I was trying to think who could be sent, but I can't really find any stand-out male singer who could compete on BJSC and reach a good placing.

August 29, 200915 yr I really am hoping I can overcome the "cheapness" this month and finish Top 10. I think this is my proudest entry to date :o (Coz I found it myself etc...)
August 29, 200915 yr all of my favourite male singers are completely BJSC unfriendly :snif: If Shayne Ward would release something new, I would send him :heehee: (Maybe I would flop too )
August 29, 200915 yr Back from holiday. Tempted to send RaVaughn, but I am also tempted to send Asteroids Galaxy Tour. Decisions, decisions, decisions!
August 29, 200915 yr I hope I can get another Top 10 with Cassie Davis. I don't think she's THAT poppy, she sounds a bit like Paramore in places but we'll see. It's one of my faves coz I found it by myself too.
August 29, 200915 yr I wish I'd saved Polly Scattergood/Laura Marling till this month, they'd have stood out even more with all the pop :P
August 29, 200915 yr I wish I'd saved Polly Scattergood/Laura Marling till this month, they'd have stood out even more with all the pop :P I know what you mean, XVI was just overloaded with the Indie females or Pop females that appealed to the indie crowd and now there's not looking like much for them to vote for.
August 29, 200915 yr I know what you mean, XVI was just overloaded with the Indie females or Pop females that appealed to the indie crowd and now there's not looking like much for them to vote for. Yeah  I suppose the lesson for further contests is have one indie female and one pop female ready and then see what most people go with and choose the opposite :P
August 29, 200915 yr This always seems to happen. I confirm quite early and end up in a sea of similar entries and look like i'm following the crowd :manson: Same in XIV, confirmed Lily very early and then it got lost in the cheap entries  Country: BaNG Artist: Wynter Gordon Song: Renegade http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZKGI15Mkvg tZKGI15Mkvg:wub: Good choice :w00t:
August 29, 200915 yr I really must find something completely different for next month, but I expect another genre will be dominating XXI...like Aaron, I'm surprised to see not much R&B-pop here this month seeing as it's been the dominant genre for the past few months

August 29, 200915 yr I wouldn't say my entry is poppy, it's more urban/R&B. We're still destinted to FLOP hard again though. :(
August 29, 200915 yr Author I wouldn't say my entry is poppy, it's more urban/R&B. We're still destinted to FLOP hard again though. :( NO WAY. Animal is Kat's best song after Whine Up and Unstoppable IMO, so if the very average Am I Dreaming could go top 10 in a previous contest I don't see why Animal won't. She's huge with the R&B bloc, and me and Brokeback Mountain should also give you quite high points, Kat might be a flop mainstream artist but on Buzzjack anything but. :o
