October 31, 200915 yr I still think this isn't going to go to Number One. But I'm prepared to eat my hat if it does.. :P There is like a next to none chance that it's not going to go straight to #1. The UK loves Leona, and especially with an X Factor performance. I don't think it's going to sell as well as 'Fight For This Love' though <_<

October 31, 200915 yr Absolute 100% number 1, without the xfactor, maybe not - with the xfactor performance, its a certainty.
October 31, 200915 yr Its absolutely nothing as a track on bleeding love and better in time but it does sound like a more classy and mature track from leona. I do like it.
November 1, 200915 yr It's definitely grown on me, but it's SO bland. That's exactly how I feel about the song. I listen to the Jason Nevins mix. Edited November 1, 200915 yr by DirtySyko
November 1, 200915 yr It is a bit bland - and not a very radio friendly song. Her much touted US success seems to be a thing of the past. The last single released from 'Spirit' didn't do well there, and now crucially 'Happy' seems to be flopping in the US. It will be interesting to see what effect that has on her US album sales.

November 2, 200915 yr Definite number 1 without a shadow of a doubt but for those that are saying it will be number 1 for a while, are we forgetting about this? "November 16th - X Factor Finalists - You Are Not Alone (performed live on the show on November 15th, in aid of Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital) will surely be number 1, no?
November 2, 200915 yr This thread is quite amazing, almost everyone says its boring and a bit bland and yet we all think no1 :heehee:
November 2, 200915 yr I think Leona may get to #1 then X Factor will get to #1 and then she may possibly return to #1. Well...at least I hope it will
November 15, 200915 yr Easily #1 in the UK - if it doesn't I'm going to stick my head in the oven. Be sure to turn the gas off first ;)
November 15, 200915 yr  Despite intial disappointment it's very funny to see so many got this wrong! :D
November 15, 200915 yr I feel quite smug as I voted in the 2-5 category, more out of hope than belief :D
November 15, 200915 yr Oh i love this thread!!   The 35 people who didn't vote #1 are clearly either idiots or trolls. i'd stick my house on it being no1, especially after a dry ice, choir and pyrotechnics filled XFactor performance Happy is almost certain to storm to No1 with sales of 250k+ Number 1 and it'll stay that way for a few weeks. Easily #1 in the UK - if it doesn't I'm going to stick my head in the oven. One the most highly gaurenteed number ones for ages. Clearly #1 and probably one of the biggest songs of the year Is there really any point in this? Surely everyone knows it'll get to #1...? :heehee: I would *not* be surprised if it sold over 200k in its first week I must ask - how the HELL could a new Leona single which will no doubt get massive airplay and promo + an X Factor performance hours before release not be #1?
