Posted August 11, 200915 yr Rules for the Survivor game: 1) In each post, you give 1 negative point to your least favourite song from the list. You may ONLY vote for one particular song three times, but you can vote for as many different songs as you wish. This rule remains for all finals. 2) No posting twice in a row - you must wait for minimum two other members to register votes after you before you can vote again. 3) As soon as a song has 4 negative votes, it is out and must be removed from the list. 4) When 7 songs have been voted out, the remaining three songs have their votes reset to 0 and gameplay resumes, with the first song to 10 votes going through to a playoff round for the final, and the other two passing straight into the grand final. Remember, you can only vote for any one song three times. 5) When you vote for a song, the correct way to post is like this: Say you want to vote for [iNSERTSONG] by [iNSERTARTIST] which is at #15 and has received no votes, it will look like this: 15-00 ;; [iNSERTARTIST] - [iNSERTSONG] To vote for it, you bold it and change '00' to '01'. 15-01 ;; [iNSERTARTIST] - [iNSERTSONG] Then you change 01 to 02, 02 to 03, and 03 to 04. When it hits 04, the next voter should remove it from the list. Remember, you are voting for your least favourite song from the list, not your favourite song. The game will start with the four semi-finals - the Official UK Singles Chart positions 31-40, 21-30, 11-20 and 01-10. Seven songs from each semi are eliminated, two songs go to the grand final and the last song goes to the playoff. After the four semi-finals are over, the playoff round is played. Four songs are in the running, and the first two songs to 10 votes will be eliminated, the other two go to the grand final. The grand final works the same as semi-finals, with seven song being eliminated and the last three being reset to 0 votes. The first of the final 3 to get to 10 votes is out, and then of the last two, the one with the least votes is the winner. In the case of a tie, the first song to conceive a vote comes in 2nd place and the other song is the winner.
