That's what happened last season so everyone got to send at least 2 songs before being eliminated - I assumed it would be the same this time.

So my comment on Tove's song in week 1 was "nothing special but not terrible" - all I can say is that music is subjective and I'm afraid I just wasn't that keen on that particular song considering there are many other Tove Lo songs that I love. So I am gutted that we never got to hear more from her. I can only imagine how deflating it must feel to go out in round 1 though especially with an artist that you stan

Can't even tell you how many absolute bangers on that retro playlist! 1999 was easily one of the best years ever for chart music.

Just catching up on this now and the three artists I expected to return did indeed return so go me I guess. A lot of acts I'm sad to have lost though, was looking forward to hearing more from Agnes but @Horror Scene did a great job with her. I was sooooo convinced that it was @gooddelta behind her so that's really thrown me!! (but then again I'm also not who he thinks I am so ) I was 99% sure from the start that @Calum was HRVY, there were still a couple of his bangers left to play so it's a shame that 'Million Ways' and 'Me Because Of You' won't get their moment to shine. Robyn was obviously a strong contender to win, so echoing the concern for @dandy* and hope he's OK. Shame @Rob Zombie couldn't take Dido any further, she still had more to give and I would have loved 'Hunter', 'Life For Rent' and 'Thank You' to have made an appearance! Can't call the winner but I'm pretty certain it will be one of the ladeez!

It's strange that they're suddenly so on board with Tinashe, this is the first time she's been A-listed as lead artist. Yeah definitely feels a bit premature.
