Can’t Get You Out of My Head ● 25 years on
I don’t think anyone in the industry or within her devoted core fan base (that includes me haha) thought she’d have such a giant hit. It eclipsed everything from her 1988 takeover and forever cemented her legacy. 2001 and 2002 was a huge time for Kylie. I’m really surprised they haven’t announced a 7inch vinyl to celebrate especially as it has grown even bigger on streaming etc this year.

Tension Survivor Round 11 The Final
Both incredible, Tension my absolute fave!

iTunes, Streaming & YouTube
Its acceleration to a billion has been remarkable, even without the recent trend on insta etc. It’s finally receiving its flowers for being one of THE standout songs from the early 2000s. Add in the impressive Spotify numbers from the extended version, Peggy Gou, Blue Monday and all the other various versions it’s already on 1.1 billion. Total streams inc all streaming providers will be huge too. YouTube alone will be approaching another billion especially when combining the main video with the other official ones. I hope all involved are receiving good royalties!

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
If it can hold onto decent streaming and some downloads it could achieve enough for a decent top 100 re entry with the vinyl …say well over 6000 total sales.

Snow Patrol & Kylie - These Alarms
Strange ‘remix’ it’s mainly an instrumental.

Four Parlophone albums to be released on vinyl
Well I’m pretty certain the debut sold the most on vinyl, expect 100s of thousands!

Four Parlophone albums to be released on vinyl
Thank you for sharing the comparisons. Does the 2014 KMO total Inc both the red box and separate vinyl? I’m guessing we don’t have access to total vinyl sales just those reported on release week? Doing housework so been playing the latest X Blue and Aphrodite. Aside from my record player seeming to play any vinyl slightly too fast , both sound great.

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
Only just opened one (the lilac) of the 3, very basic. As you say not bothered that much as it was purely a fan purchase to help it chart. Not ordered a vinyl yet but if I do hopefully it’s more like the tension single vinyls…they are good products. Funny just noticed Maverick symbol on the rear! Didn’t know that record label still existed. Edit…just checked my Madame X Vinyl…Maverick was on that so it’s actually never gone away.

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
It was never going to stay remotely high without new downloads and no physicals. Streaming is ok but is vastly reduced. Surprised it’s still top 100.

Kylie ● UK Chart Runs & Sales
Yes the main version going to hit 1 billion in just over a week. Quite incredible plus Extended, Peggy Gou and Blue Monday mix adding many tens of thousands daily. Glitter silver, white or clear vinyl 25 year anniversary vinyl/ cassette woukd be great. Has it ever been reissued? I actually don’t recall what its original 2001 formats were!

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
Sales this week will be lower than last so even with vinyls it’ll drop out of the top 40. Streaming has dropped substantially plus the downloads have too. Unless they have further digital versions etc.

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
Be interesting to see how many vinyl they sell at £20 Inc postage. CD were so cheap. Helps that the vinyl cover is much better so think it’ll sell at least 2k.

Four Parlophone albums to be released on vinyl
KMO could add another 1k vinyls over the next year especially if it’s reduced. Of course depends how many they made and it wouldn’t surprise me if they produced less compared to the others.

Kylie x Madonna - Love Sensation remix
As well as us mega fans quite a few fans of both will have bought this release. 11k of CDs is a large amount especially as many would have bought 1 only.
