This time we are sending a reindition of a Bulgarian folk song that was made famous by the Bulgarian folk singer Stefka Sabotinova. The version I am sending is sung by the Bulgarian pop singer Tatyana and produced by Dian Solo, perhaps best known for being part of Deep Zone who represented Bulgaria in the 2008 edition of Eurovision with the song "DJ, Take Me Away". Additionally, this is the song that I originally confirmed for BJSC 171 before I reconfirmed to RIIZE - Let's see if that was a good choice or not! This is also sort of a Séyetana recycle 😅 (their former entry "Dein Zuhause" by 8kids samples the same folk song)

Thinking of staying in Bulgaria for the next contest (alternativly moving on to some moody Croatian pop)

Soooorry forgot about this. It has been a busy last few weeks with work, deadlines and prepering stuff for my master’s thesis 😌 (I will take a listen what I have not listened to yet and vote - but totally understand if its too late by now!)
