I've not voted in quite a few recently because I don't know one of the songs 🤣 I promise to vote in all the polls tomorrow!

Great to see South Arcade back on the playlist! Their last couple of releases were snubbed (I thought they were also excellent), but this is more in line with the songs they supported before! Really like the BBC Introducing track too, I charted 'Hotter On The Internet' for a couple of weeks when it was released a month or so ago!

I've noticed that most over the last few years a bunch of the pop girlies that had a very clear vision in their music, even if it wasn't mega successful at the time of release, seem to get a proper viral moment... If I was to guess anyone was close to the front of the queue, it would have definitely been JADE! (and clearly she was). I hope it can continue to grow! So happy for her 🥰🥰

Thanks for commenting! I never checked out Olivia's album, but I'm loving most of the singles yet! 'expectations' would slot into The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess just fine too! I say more of this and less of whatever the So Close To What deluxe stuff Tate put out 🤣 That's fair, each to their own! I find RAYE very hit and miss personally, this is the first song that I've particularly cared for since 'WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!'. But I really do love RAYE as a person (well, what we get to see as mere mortals hahaha), so I'm really glad that her music does well, even when it's not for me!

Give the Joe McElderry song a chance guys. Tis a graveyard bop x

My entry is suitably terrifying x JurHAMMERbaijan coming to SLAY all competition demons and vampires 😱

I need to post a complete list of what I've bought this year soon, but I've just ordered Florrie's new album on vinyl, so I'm looking forward to recieving that in the next couple of days!

So based on those breakdowns I'm firmly pop bloc 😱 (I'm not surprised, but I've also veered into more rocky stuff a fair few times and my high votes tend to be pretty heavily rock based, there just doesn't seem to be much of it sent... So despite the stats telling everyone I'm pop bloc, don't be fooled, I'm also ROC BLOC x)

You know what, I've changed my mind. If the song I've got here isn't taken I'll enter x

Certified fact!

As I said in my votes, my Top 3 spent basically the whole of yesterday shuffling around. 'Johnny Kitagawa' is very much lodged in my brain... I think it benefitted from having pretty heavy rock elements (which are always a good way to scratch my brain), but also being very pop at the same time! Excellent song @Freeze , and thank you for the discovery 💚

Turns out this prediction, specifically, was accurate! I didn't expect it to win, but I'm not sad about it!
