It does sound ok, but my only issue is that is is labelled the “Club Edit” so I expect a much weaker effort for the radio edit.

Hard to judge off such a small snippet but it does seem to have a bit more substance to it than Giving Me.

It sounds completely different from everything previous by Jazzy and Belters Only; in fact, it doesn't even seem to be Jazzy's voice

To be fair, Giving Me is still very popular and is only dropping in the charts because of ACR. It took off a lot later after its release so this could very well do the same.
