I've fully never realised I needed to care until Greedy happened, I just filed her by like... gayle and people from TikTok that would have a hit here and there. But, I was clearly very wrong because the star power in that music video is mad. The looks, the choreo, the homage to Xtina/Britney. Iconic.
November 19, 20232 yr She is a STAR. But I wish I liked her music more than I actually do. I mean they're very good and solid pop songs and I won't skip them/I'll add to my playlists & rooting for her to be a success, but I'm not sure I'm at the level of hype most people seem to be with her. The video is indeed fantastic though and like I said at the start... a STAR. I can see the appeal, I just wish I was more into the material myself. She performed 'greedy' & 'grave' on SNL. skptcIyK5fA 8bhzcjcm1r4 That 'greedy' performance was great! Apparently she was on 'So You Think You Can Dance Jr.' or something and you can really tell! It's nice having a popstar PERFORMER again. They're few and far between nowadays!
November 19, 20232 yr I really think she's destined to be the next big pop girl - I think she missed a trick by not having the album come out in January but hopefully it should still do okay I guess.
November 19, 20232 yr I heard this earlier and thought it's decent and may be a grower (or at least another earworm) but I don't quite get the same immediate huge hit vibes that 'greedy' gave me. I've grown to really love that song now, I need her to make more Timbaland/Nelly Furtado knockoffs x
