Posted September 16, 200915 yr Since Rochelle doesnt seem to be able to do the wise thing and keep her mouth shut, how about a thread for her rambling stupid gob! "The Saturdays have branded Kanye West an "animal" after he stormed the stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV VMAs. The 'Forever Is Over' singers criticised West for ruining Swift's moment in the limelight and insisted that they would not tolerate his behaviour. "What an animal. I don't care if it was a publicity stunt, it was too mean," Rochelle Wiseman told the Daily Star. "Beyoncé saved the day. What a classy lady, she's the real star. "I don't think he'd dare try it with five of us girls on stage," she added. "But if he did, he wouldn't still be standing." Wiseman added that the group were no longer interested in working with the 'Love Lockdown' rapper. "I don't know how many times we've said we'd love to work with Kanye, but that's the last time I say that. From now on it's all about Jay-Z." The Saturdays release their second album on October 12." from digital spy. Can someone please tell Rochelle to shut it! Edited November 6, 200915 yr by martyn
September 16, 200915 yr Most of the time she does need to think before she speaks but this time i think everyone will agree with her. Plus plenty of others have been much harsher on him, namely Pink, Katy Perry and Kelly Clarkson.
September 25, 200915 yr http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/a179157/...t-use-name.html She so needs to keep her trap shut.
September 25, 200915 yr She really is unbelievable. Think it Rochelle, just think it. Journalists must f***ing love her. She just says everything. :drama:
September 25, 200915 yr Oh dear! LOL. The thing that gets me is these articles say "The Saturdays hit out..." (plural) when it's actually only one of them. I'm all for speaking your mind and stuff, but sometimes, too much and it just gets tedious.
September 28, 200915 yr Even when I saw the headline I feared it was her :drama: The Saturdays 'desperate' for number one The Saturdays have admitted that they are desperate to get a number one single. The group, who have previously peaked in second place with Comic Relief single 'Just Can't Get Enough', claimed that they deserve to top the chart with a song from their upcoming second album Wordshaker. "Do you know what, I think we deserve it now," singer Rochelle Wiseman told DS. "There's all that stuff about being modest but it's every band's dream to get to number one! It's so nice to be in the top ten, even better to be in the top five, but getting to the top would really seal the deal. "We've done so well this far, so it would be the icing on the cake and top off what has been a really amazing year." The group's most recent single 'Work' only managed a disappointing number 22, however Wiseman insisted that they are not concerned about their future success. "What happened was that we were meant to release it a lot earlier but then the Comic Relief opportunity came through. We'd already started promoting 'Work' so everyone had already started downloading it," she said. "Sales-wise it still did well and it tied in nicely with our 'Work' tour, but it wasn't the ideal chart position." The Saturdays release new single 'Forever Is Over' on October 5. Their album Wordshaker follows on October 12.
September 28, 200915 yr At least she's self-aware I guess. She admitted to being gobby on Paul O'Grady.
September 28, 200915 yr She got the whole DS interview to herself: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/a179143/the-saturdays.html
September 30, 200915 yr  she should count herself lucky she doesn't have the Sugababes Manager she'd out the door quicker than Siobhan would shout bully after you mentioned Keisha.
October 14, 200915 yr She gets brownie points from me for being first to mention Leona. :) Poor Leona, thats is awful! I hope she is okay x xFrankie now joined in! why do people feel they have the right to hurt someone they dont even know...poor Leona...whoever did it...what goes around comes around! Bless her, so f***ing true.
October 14, 200915 yr I've recently grown to really love Roch and her gob. Things would be much duller without her & it. Good on them to mention Leona.
November 6, 200915 yr Author Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman has 'blasted' Digital Spy for writing stories about her "blasting" and "slamming" other celebrities. The 'Forever Is Over' singer joked that her comments are always picked up because she makes the most controversial statements. "There are so many stories on the site about me either slamming or blasting this person or that," she told DS. "It always seems to be me that is making the controversial statements! I did like the one about me using gaffa tape to stick my boobs together before a show, though. I am blasting you now." Una Healy added: "It's amazing, when I was doing some press the other day, the interviewer said that all they had to do was look on Digital Spy to find out exactly what the band were up to and had been doing." The five-piece have previously "blasted" criticism by the Dolly Rockers and "slammed" Kanye West's behaviour at the MTV VMAs. The Saturdays released second album Wordshaker last month. from digital spy lol
November 26, 200915 yr I bet she didn't say the majority of what is quoted. You all should know how things are twisted! Do you really think their A&R/Press/Tour staff wouldn't step in if she was saying such things?
November 29, 200915 yr I bet she didn't say the majority of what is quoted. You all should know how things are twisted! Do you really think their A&R/Press/Tour staff wouldn't step in if she was saying such things? After meeting them... in short, No.
July 20, 201411 yr I used to really dislike Rochelle during the Chasing Lights/Wordshaker era. She was so gobby and seemed so up herself and looked like a right bitch but then 24/7 and the Headlines era rolled around and I fell in love with her.
