imo Jade doesn't need the Sugababes but the Sugababes do need someone like Jade so I don't see what she would stand to gain by joining the group...

Sugababes are one of the biggest selling acts of the decade, currently riding up in the top 10 with their latest single. Jade Ewen has not a hit to her name and her only achievement is coming 5th in Eurovision.

 

But you're quite right, Jade Ewen would obviously be lowering herself by contemplating joining, what would she have to gain from abandoning her flop solo project and joining one of the most consistently successful girlbands of all time.

Sugababes are gonna get lots of publicity about this. It's sunday tomorrow, can imagine all the Sunday papers covering the story in some way.

If this is some sort of hype to get the second single of the ground then it's truly gone tits up..

Jade shouldn't join the band as it would just make her look like she's a fame seeker!
