Still LOVE this so much! Mainly for Alicia, but it is a good track.

We need an Alicia forum :( She has talent, writes ALL her own stuff and has a new album out towards the end of the year!

Bring On 'Doesn't Mean Anything'!

Alicia Keys has actually had a fairly good year in the chart (top 100 wise anyway) without releasing any new solo songs. 'Another Way To Die' leaked through for 1 week top 100 this year, and 'No One' and 'If I Ain't Got You' benefitted from BGT and X-Factor respectively, and then there is this of course.
I love "Empire State of Mind" so yay.

The U.K-based teen pop outfit the Saturdays formed in 2007 under the auspices of Polydor's Fascination Records. The five-piece girl group sports an accessible, melodic electro-pop sound tailored for pop radio, not to mention eye-catching good looks. In 2008 their debut single, "If This Is Love," hit number eight on the U.K. charts, only to be surpassed by "Up," which made it to number five, and "Issues" which reached number four. Their full-length studio album, CHASING LIGHTS, appeared in late 2008, followed soon after by a cover of the Depeche Mode synth-pop classic, "Just Can't Get Enough." With Spice Girls-inspired colour-coordinated outfits and distinct musical personalities, the Saturdays instantly captured the attention of the U.K. media, appearing on several television shows including the drama HOLLYOAKS LATER and the children's show ROSS LEE'S GHOULIES.

Well done to the Sats but its not deserved for THIS song imo.

I'm curious of the Top 2 records as I haven't heard any of the two songs.

Numbers 3-10 were really dire! (maybe except from Taio Cruz)

That's an impressive chart record for a new band. I'm not that familiar with them :o but this sounds good.

Well done to both Chipmunk and The Saturdays, both getting their highest peaking songs of their careers! (JCGE doesn't count as it was for charity)

And see you guys next Sunday! I have Geography homework for tomorrow lol. D:

Up is by far their best song - have a look on youtube :D

Still loooove 'Forever Is Over', it's one of their best for me personally. Glad it's done so well. ^_^
